的种子删了. (Romove Task). 这样下载了一半的文件还在,但是我
重新打开种子, 发现它又从新开始下载, 而不是先检查是否已有同
样文件, 然后续传. 我记得BitTorrent有这个功能, 不知道BitComet
行不行. 哪位知道的, 麻烦教教我怎么弄吧. 下了一大半, 好心痛. |

I try to purify a peptide(AMP) from the bacteria broth culture. It looks
like that so much sugar from the broth tightly bound with the protein even
after HPLC and centricon pufication. I still find the dark sugar color in
the active fraction. and this is a big problem for the later SDS-PAGE
running since suger blocks the gel pore, I can not get a band......always
smear. Does somebody have experience to romove suger?

发帖数: 2821 | 11 德国车的配件确实贵点，就一Fram的 cabin air filter还30多，OEM厂商简直就是打劫
，因为audi&passat用的就要高价，我看成本和8块钱的chrysler用的差不多. 一般的车
换个air filter就1分钟，这个车废点劲,需要romove A, C.把盖子打开后把B(slush
filter)拿出来，清洗干净，用vacuum cleaner吸干里面的灰尘，然后把slush filter放回去，再把新的air filter 装进去。pic2,3是从别的forum rip来的，pic4是脏得不行的old cabin air fitler。这个V6 engine看起来spark plug还比较容易换.明年夏天前准备把后轮rotor和pad换了。
btw:mobile1号称1万麦不用换，真的假的? 换次油还挺脏的，一年换一次还可以接受,冬天懒得动手，基本都garage换。 |
