从08年起, 他们的税率高达1.8% (taxc 除以tax assessment), 而不是通常的1.1-1
.2%。 不知这税里面包不包括Mello Roos。 交过Mello Roos的网友能不能扫盲一下?
如果Mello Roos不包括在地产税里, 那应该怎么交, 交哪里?奇怪的是他们05-07的

缺点也就是所有framework的缺点,被framework绑架。而且Roo是在有做JPA的需求下比
较好,因为Roo实现的Entity大部分都为整合Spring-data提供方便。

valorem" tax. That is one based on the assessed value. Mello Roos taxes,
along with others, are a flat assessment per property, not based on assessed
value. Thus, that portion of your property tax bill attributable to Mello
Roos assessment is not deductible.
