一个Rookie ，以undrafted free agent的身份进入Raider 的practise squad,两
个月后被裁，基本上无人问津。
过一段时间后，拍子的二线伤的伤，裁的裁，于是把他拣起来。客场对野马的常规
赛上，进入比赛名单，并得到出场机会，表现很好。
谁知拍子旋即把他裁掉,于是他又回到家中，没有其他球队把他捡起来。

举个例子，上周拍子的两个rookie表现出色，真的是一周之内悟出大招了？非也非也，
前一周jets就一招，physical on LOS,俩rookie cannot get clean break，所以各种
timing off/route跑不出来。
这一周呢，仔细看下上半场，好几个key 3rd down，让Revis放在离Dobson10码的地方
打zone，俩rookie想怎么跑怎么跑。泥马把Revis这样的press CB用成这样，简直是暴
敛天物。

城市。
问一下那个行李总量问题该咋办啊？现在都只能托运一个箱子，美联航是23kg，东航是
20kg，买的票不是联程，是分开买的。
rookie我在网上已经做了下功课，但是答案都是08，09年的，未必11年的可以用。
万能的回国版谁有最新的经验可以分享一下吗？

发帖数: 900 | 50 这写的非常实在。楼主不要灰心，学术界其实机会还是有很多的，毕竟很多学校现在都
prefer senior assistant 而不是rookie。你有过几年独立工作的经验，总的来说优势
都比rookie强，你再从新上market的时候可以突出你的这个长处，如果愿意从新开始
tenure clock的话，我相信很多学校是会喜欢你的。
学术圈子就是很残酷，tenure每拿到的人很多，所以你不要自暴自弃。不要让negative
的事情主宰自己的心情，从新开始，一切都是好的。加油啊。 |
