054A 是中国海军严格意义上的第一型远洋型多用途导弹护卫舰。总体上054A是追求防
空、反潜、反舰三方面的平衡，以满足任务书上所规定的多用途护卫舰水平。而在事实
上已具备现役导弹驱逐舰的大部分性能。特别是其比较高的反潜性能，可迅速弥补海军
水面舰艇最为短缺的一个短板。
两艘054A并排停靠码头
上个世纪90年代，中国面对的保护海上生命线问题已变得刻不容缓。这一切都呼唤一支
强大的海军来加以遏止与保护。
但现实却是——当时的中国海军大部分中型以上的水面舰艇都是70年代至80年代建造（
整个 90年代国内船舶工业部门只生产出2艘052A导弹驱逐舰一艘 051B导弹驱逐舰4艘
053H2G与8艘053H3艘），大都显得老旧不堪，急需一大批新型舰艇来替换。面对窘迫形
式，海军一方面从重新与我国修好的俄罗斯进口了2艘956现代级导弹驱逐舰（另有若干
艘基洛柴电潜艇）应急，另一方面，利用80年代与西方蜜月从欧美及90年代从俄罗斯等

美国国会调查王立军案 已进初步搜集证据阶段(图)

美国国会众院外交事务委员会监督和调查小组委员会，下周一(19日)将展开针对原前
重庆市副市长、公安局长王立军案的调查。该小组委员会16日表示，将来也有可能为该
案举行听证会。
小组委员会指出，下周起将只是最初步的搜集证据，了解真相，之后再决定调查的方
向。
有关王立军事件的真相，16日已在重庆市小范围内做了传达，王立军2月6日进入美
国驻成都总领事馆，滞留一天后离开。消息人士证实，王立军在美领馆内填写了申请政
治庇护的表格。
众院外交事务委员会主席罗思雷登(Ileana Ros-Lehtinen，共和党，佛州)已于2月
10日致函国务卿喜莱莉．柯林顿，了解王立军案。
信中指有报导称王立军系变装进入美国驻成都总领事馆，可能试图寻求美国政治庇

逼迫下去做呢？是因为没有想到？那岂不是说那些人能力低下？是因为想到了而不做，
那岂不是证明了那些人很坏？
而且在美国高调启动贸易战之初，咱们是抱着多大的决心，宁为玉碎不为瓦全，一定要
打赢的，一定要粉碎美国人阻挡咱们大国崛起的阴谋的。当美国提出500亿的清单时，
咱们针锋相对；当美国提出1000亿的清单时，咱们继续应战；而当美国把清单的总价提
高到2000亿的时候，一夜之间，美国就不是阻挡咱们大国崛起，而是有利于咱们大国崛
