标题为“学者弃百万年薪回国遭解聘 海归精英国内碰壁”，那篇博文提到该新闻对浙
江大学生命科学学院的前院长管敏鑫教授的前东家有不太准确的介绍，当然，这篇新闻
不实货不准确的地方还有不少，比如，该文写到：“2010年年底，管敏鑫就在这样一家
医院被评上终身教授。这意味着管敏鑫马上可得到独立的实验室和年薪百万元。而他却
在这时回国了。”管敏鑫自从1999年就开始以助理教授身份开始在那家名为辛辛那提大
学儿童医院医学中心工作，和中国不同的，美国的助理教授和副教授、正教授一样可以
独立带博士、招博士后，这大概也是美国人经常将美国的助理教授和副教授、正教授统
称为教授。既然助理教授可以独立招博士、博士后，自然就要有自己独立的实验室，所
以，管敏鑫早在1999年就有了自己的独立实验室，无需等到2010年年底。美国对于新招

本周五，美国公民自由协会南加州分会向法院提起诉讼，指称加州数十个公立学区向学
生收取课本费、校服费、课外活动费的做法已经违法了加州宪法。按加州宪法，政府确
保公立学校提供免费教育。
据美联社报道，美国公民自由协会南加州分会首席顾问罗森鲍姆（Mark Rosenbaum
）在本周五举行的新闻发布会上说，美国公民自由协会经过调查得知，加州至少有50个
公立学区在其网站上列明或提及课本费、校服费、课外活动费的收费标准。此举不符合
加州宪法。
罗森鲍姆说：“这表明完全免费的公立教育在加州是不存在的。实际情况显示着学
生必须付费才能得到教育。”
州长施瓦辛格的发言人科乃力（Matt Connelly）在此案中被列为被告之一。科乃
力说，加州行政部门将“仔细研究这桩诉讼案的内容，并审核诉讼案中指称的12年级公
立教育系统中收费部分的缘由，以便辨别质疑中的收费行为是否有违反加州宪法之虞”。

一辆在纽约市唐人街注册的旅游大巴星期天下午在特拉华州翻车，包括一名华人妇女在
内的2名女子死亡，华人司机和48名乘客受伤。
据全国广播公司（NBC News）报道，来自纽约市的女子陈华宜（Hua'y Chen）当场死亡
；来自土耳其伊斯坦布尔的30岁女子巴赫西( Idil Bahsi)被送往医院之后抢救无效，
星期天晚上死亡。
那辆1996年Setra旅游大巴当时载有49名乘客，昨天下午从向南行驶的1号公路（Route
1）准备转向13号公路（US-13）前往纽卡斯尔（New Castle）时，在引路上翻车。
大巴司机是来自纽约市法拉盛的赵金利（音译，Jinli Zhao）。调查人员说，他试图在
引路上转弯时，大巴冲出路面，竟然翻个车顶着地。
