个礼拜之类，有很多inspection不做完你没有办法继续施工，典型的比如electric
rough in, plumbing rough in, shower pan inspection, insulation inspection,
framing inspection, etc etc... 你会发现把房子的架子搭起来很快，也许两个礼拜
从外面看就差不多了，但是里面的活非常非常费精力和时间，而且不是人多就可以搞定
的。。
一般合同不会给你签死的，所以你要给自己留有余地。当然你可以和builder说四个月
搞定（我怀疑会不会有builder给你签，除非是一层的ranch），但是私下最好考虑让他
们半年的时间做完。 |

要求卖方补贴点钱给你，但这种可能性也很小（但也有成功的）。
一但申请Permit，你必须得拆了重做。Electrical inspection 分两段检查，Rough
和Final, Rough Inspection 是检查排线的。Permit的费用是小数，改造和墙的装修会
花多点。Permit的费用一般以circuit 的数量和灯的数量做计算，估计$70到$150 最多
了。如果你找来的电工今年在这个城还没申请过PERMIT, 你还得帮他付business
license fee, $100 左右，和当地共公设施的bonding 保险（有的城市不需要），也是
$100 左右。所以找电工时先问清楚在这个城市在今年是否已伸请过PERMIT. |

比较C corp 和S corp的交税多少的。大概摘要一下（不算州税了，只说联邦）：比如
说一个公司年终净收入是$200，000，这样是C corp的话，先交大约$60，000公司
income tax；然后假设你是唯一股东老板，你给自己红利是130，000，以15%红利税算
就是又$20，000，这样总共联邦税要付大约8万（没算州税）。这样自己的公司的话就
剩下不到$12万。
下面他比较的S corp时用的是个人所得税率28%，但是红利按照全部20万发放算的了。
所以我个人觉得这里面肯定会有个平衡点，比如说C corp的话，开多少W2工资出去以降
