hills golf course.
I teed off from Blue tee, 6398 yards, par 71, rating/slope is 72/138
something.
This is the most solid round golf I've ever played. I was able to shoot some
good scores, getting some up-and-downs. But I never played so consistent
like today.
Like I posted yesterday, scratch golfers usually shot 12-14 g.i.r。 I shot
solid 12 greens. I birdied 3 holes at back 9. Unfortunately missed two
birdes chances in fro |

if play each weekend, about 50, average green fee,say 25, 1250 bucks,
plus gas and etc.
1400
0.5 hour drive, 0.3 hour warmup, 4.5 hour play, 0.5 hour drive back
5.8 hour * 50 = 290 hours
290hour / 8 = 36 days
man, striking number....
i just played 3 + 0.5*3 = 4.5 rounds this year.... average green fee 28+ 19
+ 0 + 9 + 9 + 10 = 75
but i feel like to play at least half round from now on...
25 * 0.5 * 25 = 310 more to go...

my recent few (4) rounds, (poppy rige, monarch, halfmoon, metro), avg $54.5
per round, all with cart though

共打了3次大概1400 rounds。总结出一点经验。
第一次打的时候因为是新枪，用walmart便宜的子弹卡的很厉害。回家看说明书说头
250rounds后必须
要clean。 怪不得后来卡的几率大增。
第2次打还是10发有2个FTE。挺烦的。 回家后到sig的论坛看了看，里面的人建议加重
枪的
lubricant，特别是magazine的lubricant。
第3次出发前专门lubricant了枪才出发，发现效果出奇的好，打了600rounds 也不到10
次FTE. 无
论慢射还是快射都ok了。论坛的人说可以换recoil spring，让它适合某一种子弹，然
后打这种子弹
就不会卡了
打了1400 rounds，枪还是比较结实的（有人说。22的枪1000round后好像会散架的感觉
），准头还
可以。
考虑到299的价格和一颗子弹才不到3分，这枪还是比较适合新手练习用的。主要是子弹
和枪都实在很便
宜。还有同类型的P22和ruger 3。 但是听说P22 1000rou |

Round Up 有效成分是glyphosate, 是针对性破坏植物必须的某一种酶。
全球用的最多的杀草剂。只能从叶子吸收，从根部不能吸收。
glyphosate 本身现在研究还没有发现对人体有什么有害作用。
Round Up 里面混有一些其他成分，被别人指责有联系到 cancer.
但是几乎所有化学物都有某些毒性，食盐吃多了也会中毒。
如果你忌讳这个，那就不要用杀草剂，包括合成化肥,
吸入撒化肥的粉尘也被 link to cancer.
Weed Be Gone 里面的 2-4D 是比 glyhosate 糟得多的毒药。
其他不用农药的方法可以用透明朔料布盖土地，挖沟封边，
但是阳光要强，6-8月份才行。 |

到底转移了那些基因呢？最著名的就是转移了抵抗 round up 的基因。
然后鬼子就可以撒 round up 来灭掉其他的杂草。
然后没有转移基因的是不是就更好呢？人家其实要撒更多其他针对
行的压制的农药。总的量肯定只多不少。 |

芽），可以喷好多次。但是气温低时round up的效果不是特别好，气温回升后好草也差
不多快发芽了。所以比较有效的时间段也不是很长。再就是，round up喷过后好几天肉
眼才能见到效果，所以没必要喷完后4、5天没看到效果马上就再喷，可能再等几天就见
效了。
第一年谨慎点，积攒经验。有经验后第二年可以更有效地除草。这是个常年的工程。我

有人说让鸡米诚恳道歉。好啊，没听说么？人家在LA宣布不仅要书面道歉，还要写一份
中文的呢。到时候中文一个版本，英文另一个版本。结果不会中文的老美看了英文版本
，觉得道歉够诚恳了，你们华人还胡搅蛮缠啥？人家根本不知道鸡米那中文版本写成啥
样子，你就哑巴吃黄连了。
有人说让ABC保证此类事件不再发生。好啊，ABC promise不说杀中国人了，下次说解雇

最近查了粪便，round worm positive.
孩子近一个月来身体不好，食欲差，说很累，有过敏迹象（揉眼睛，流鼻涕，早晨起来
咳嗽），新换的幼儿园，老师还问有没有哮喘，说午睡时呼吸不对劲。
一搜，发现如果人被传染上了round worm，会有上述种种症状，很是担心。
别的还好，哮喘是很严重的问题。

这是一个年会，今年主题是数学在生物领域的应用。round table的话题当然也是围绕这

要开枪杀人。前面两个都被杀了，最后轮到了数学家。还没问数学家就先开口了：你还是
快把我杀了吧，这个问题已经让我够痛苦的了。。。
听众也提一些问题。规定时间快结束的时候一个男士举手。他说他很犹豫，不知道该不该
提出自己的问题。头目们就鼓励他说，as you want。他就开始说了。
一开始的语气就很低沉，越说越痛苦。在他说犹豫（very hesitated）的时候大家就开始
都把目光投在他身上了。他说他一直被一个问题困扰，用我的话总结就是：我们是要专才
还是要全才。他说自己在化学，工程，生物，数学等领域转来转去 |

One is a senior manager and another is partner.
The night before the 1st round we had reception with senior managers and
partners from Pittsburgh and Philly office.
I required to go to NYC office,so probably have to go through this again. |

我所知还不少。
读过PHD的同学应该都没问题啦，这里给直接毕业过来一路临床的同学写一点经验教训
，班门弄斧哈。
1。挑讲题。这个挺讲究的。要挑自己感兴趣的，准备去fellow的同学，可以挑和自己
以后专业相关的话题，对自己以后的专业也是个学习。不要挑太广泛的话题，比如低血
糖，高血钙之类的，很难在一个小时里概括，挑一个能够深入的话题，要能够反映最新
的动向，研究成果，治疗进展，等等。对住院医生来说，最好能和临床相关的，否则纯
科研的，大家听了都昏昏欲睡，嘿嘿。
2。准备。这个就像雕像，一开始一大堆泥巴，把想得到的资料都捏在一起，然后开始
一点点雕刻。这个时候是最痛苦的，年轻医生为了显得自己博学，总是贪多，旁征博引
无数的paper,结果适得其反。其实随着对这个课题的越来越了解，慢慢查到几篇重点的
文章，了解到最重要的几个进展，然后深入地讨论这些。宁愿每个single话题多花点时
间，也不要 |
