发帖数: 838 | 1 上周末开始，有两个朋友买了quickdraws。于是我们开始了sport climbing。先说一下
这初始两次的尝试。然后说最近训练心得。
第一个周末:
warm up 5.6;
lead了一个5.8，
follow了两个5.8;
follow了一个5.10c
第二个周末：
全都是lead climbing
两条multipicth的路线，一个是5.8;另外一个是5.9(this one is 180-feet long; the
ascend is sing pitch, but the descend is three picthes from the other side)
一条也是multipicth，但是没上第二个pitch。第一个pitch是5.10a/b。
我爬的比较慢，用朋友的话说是边爬边想的那种，所以在户外目前还一般不怎么take。
估计上的route还比较简单没有特别demanding的。但是现在还没有helmet，有时候也比
较担心掉下来，所以都是非常确定有好的position的时候才move on。还有我个子矮，

今年K2攀登分为南北两侧。南边经过艰难准备，大约11名攀登者于今晨冲顶。原来天气
预报天气应不错，但实际是强风，根本不能冲顶。攀登者们别无选择，只能放弃。经过
5个小时已安全下撤到大本营。南面的K2攀登基本宣告结束。北面的著名登山女将
Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner等三人还没到达突击营地，目前还不知他们今后几天计划。K2
自2008年大灾难以来已两年无人登顶，今年结果如何，要看Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner他
们的结果。Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner已完成13座8000米山峰，K2是她最后一座。在所有
攀登中，她都是无氧攀登，没有大团队，而且经常选择非常规线路，是登山女性中的佼
佼者。

据最新消息，Kaltenbrunner他们在C4营地休息了一天等待。在这么高的海拔滞留一天
很不寻常，所以今天（8月8号星期一）必须面临的决定是：冲顶或下撤。目前还不知他

routing and bridging are just multi-hop forwarding.
stp and any routing protocol all build some forwrading topologies.
stp builds a tree, routing protocol builds a mesh. then individual
route is the shortest path (or whatever path) within corresponding
topology. one real difference is that routing supports route (or
path) aggregation while all routes (or paths) in stp are per-host.

interstate I-XX一般应该叫interstate expressway,而US xx 和state route一般叫high way,
3位数的interstate 是支路，如果第一位是偶数，这条支路的两头都可以汇上一条主要的interstate. 如果第一位是奇数，此支路只有一头汇上interstate主路。比如DC附近的I-495和I-395.
3位数的US highway也经常表示是一条支路。总的来看us highway编号比较乱，按方向的顺序不明显
state route各州命名规则不同，有的州也模仿interstate。有的州命名原则似乎是尽量和us route一致（比如MA?)有的州在state route之下还有第四级编号公路county route,一般为四位数。而很多州似乎是尽量不一致以避免混乱。毕竟很多人喜欢说走xx公路，一般不太区分是什么类型的路。（这一点似乎美国人比中国人稍微注意一点）
US highway 和state route可能会不连续。
有的interstate和us highway的繁忙支路会在最前面加bus |

Route 2 which is Old Mt Wilson Trailhead in Sierra Madre.
Its safer and easier to go up on route 1 and down route 2 because the
firebreak route is not being maintained at all, it is steep and loosely,
especially the last slope connecting the firebreak to Mt Wilson Toll Road
which is about 200 ft. You will face greater chance of injury if you go
down on route 1.

Route: Emmon Glacier. This is technically easiest and safest route up
Rainier but is slightly more physically demanding than the other popular
route which is DC route. This route starts from White River campground at
4400 ft, and goes through Glacier Basin, Inter Glacier, Camp Schurman, Upper
Emmons Glacier. You may google search Rainier Emmons (sorry MSN). There are

这是我第二次来到阿尔卑斯山区，这次的行程主要集中在Mt. Blanc massif到伯尔尼高
原之间。这段阿尔卑斯山脉虽然不长，却集齐了最高峰Mt. Blanc和三大北壁
Matterhorn, Eiger, Grandes Jorasses。可以说是挺有代表性的一段。开始的一半时
间走了Walker's haute route，这条路连接了两大登山中心，法国的Chamonix和瑞士的
Zermatt，从Mt. Blanc山谷一直走到Matterhorn脚下。因为时间和天气的原因，没有完
整走完全程，但是highlight应该算都看到了。十天里既有炎炎烈日、也有磅薄大雨，
还经历了八月飞雪。最后一天在Zermatt的缆车上，一个当地人很认真的问我为什么要

commands. 好处是，比较handy
可以standalone运行，例如

medical laboratory scientist 必须在美国，加拿大读的5年制本科这个专业并且那的
学士学位的，才可以考试。其余的连考试资格也没有，你可以看ASCP网页详细要求。
找工作的前景，证书班出来的比在美国，加拿大读的5年制本科拿到MLS证书的，差多了
。比如你有Hematology证书，人家医院检验科招聘要的是MLS证书。你可以看一下

我是在amazon上买了一本8刀多的小册子，8个州8张地图，但地图比较渣，其实是按照
上面写的“从XX路到YY路，再拐上ZZ路”这样去跑的，副驾要眼疾手快，最好提前做路
书。
所谓的“新”route 66是和现行城市街道或者现在的某些HWY合并了的，所以基本上全
段都是通的。但是在一些小村子里面，会有所谓的“old route 66”（那个8刀的小册
子里面有给完整线路），这些不一定都是通的。比如我下面这个照片，就是old route
66，桥口被石头堵上了，它旁边的hwy（也就是新route 66）是通的。我纯当去old
route上看风景。 |
