听到的都是谁家生老二啦，谁回国当教授了之类。时光飞逝，LP和她朋友们来美也有差
不多10年了。听了这些回忆虽然是局外人可是也还是津津有味。
纽约对我们基本上已经没有太大吸引力了。这次来只是因为我俩下礼拜刚好都在东部出
差所以就一个mini getaway。
一点计划都没有除了去了我们比较喜欢的几个餐馆。吃的时候LP就问起有没有一些扑克
特别的回忆。我就说有！第一次live flop royal flush我一生难忘。
这其实是我第二次flop royal flush。不过第一次是online，当时玩的stakes比较低，
online也没有什么特别的感觉。这一次就大大不同啦。
2006年，WSOP Main Event前几天，我记得当时我早早就定了Day1A（早输早回工作）。
不像有些tourney donkey同类朋友们在ME前要不就是恶补tournament strategy，要不
就好好休息。我这个addict就不停的打牌。好像在大的buyin的tournament前我不把身

发帖数: 809 | 10 中午时分离开Voyageurs，我们直接开车前往Grand Portage，等待第二天一早前往Isle
Royale的渡轮。因为现在还算early season，一周只有三班渡轮往返，我们的时间也
有限，最后定的是星期一早上8点出发，星期二上午10点返航的Voyageurs II，只在岛
上停留整整24个小时，有些短了。顺便说一下，这个岛上使用的时间实在混乱，因为岛
本身属于密歇根，所以官方使用东部时间。而我们的渡轮因为从明尼苏达出发，所以全
程使用的又都是中部时间。所幸这个岛本身是与世隔绝的，时间在其上也不过就是个符
号。Isle Royale所在的Lake Superior是世界上最大的淡水湖，Isle Royale本身是世
界上最大的湖中岛，我们hiking要经过的Siskiwit Lake还是世界上最大的湖中湖（
Isle Royale的内湖），24小时之内逛了三个世界之最，值了~
经过2个多小时的航行，10点钟抵达Windigo。先听ranger讲了一通注意事项，然后去游
客中心拿permit。我们预定的船票是第二天早上从Malone Bay返航的，从Windigo过去

一直大名鼎鼎, 但我一直没有看的Battle Royale (大逃杀), 发现比较两部片子,觉得
还是喜欢Hunger game多一点.下面谈谈两部片子的观后感。
首先，两部片子属于不同类型。 Hunger game: PG-13, Battle Royale: at least
R or NC-17. 类型决定片子基调， 前者是主旋律影片，宣扬人性光辉，后者应该是变
态日本类型，扭曲揭露人性丑陋一面的片子。侧重点不同，我不觉得那个就比那个深刻
。两个种类都可以出精品。
先说Hunger game。 情节有很多是借鉴battle royale,其实也就是很古老的杀人游
戏情节。 女主是真善美化生，集所有能想到的美德与一身， 而且文武双全， 有貌美
如花，美版花木兰，替妹出征。男主没有女主这么出众，长得还算端正，有些小心计，
也很会审时度势，保护自己， 但幼年对女主有赠饭之恩， 也算是心地善良。两人被无

准备订个3晚上的Bahamas/Caribbean短途游，看了royal caribbean 和 carnival.
第一天都停Nassau岛, 第二天royal caribbean多停一个private岛，carnival没有（在
海上转？）价格差5、6百刀。
我们有老人和小孩，不知道哪个行程好一点。 Nassau岛上玩什么？老人，小孩哪些好
玩？

Norwegian Breakaway和Royal Explorer the Sea。这两艘船出发时间，行驶路线都大
同小异，6天7晚的行程，停3个岛，其中两个岛都一样，另外再停一个船公司自己的岛
。两艘船的区别主要是Norwegian是今年下水的新船，大，新，但是cruisecompete上很
多人complain这艘船太拥挤，设计量是4000人的，容纳3000人最好。吃的方面比Royal
要差一些，很多special restaurant要收费。Royal的船旧一些，小一些，价格上一个
cabin贵600多刀左右。但是吃的估计好一些。
因为这是第一次坐cruise，期待值比较高，希望能有个圆满的行程。想请有坐过这两艘
船的朋友能不能给点你们的意见，好让我这种新手，外加我们两个一起去的朋友决定坐
哪艘船。包子奖励。

royal buffet的洗手间是蛮不错的。洗手间的装修不一定非常豪华但要人性化，比如昨
天去four season，女洗手间的门和单间的门是会碰到的，这个很明显是瞎搞的。
royal的那个女洗手间里有给baby换尿布的地方，这个我觉得很surprise，大多数中餐
馆的女洗手间是没有换尿布设备的。 这种东西不是必须的但真的很必要。 |

8:00am 乘船离开Grand Portage Marina, 10:30am到达Isle Royale的Windigo。天气
越发的冷，小雨淅沥沥地下着。
岛上的工作人员简单地给我们作了orientatioan之后，在我们汇报了路线计划时告诉我
们，这条路线最难走，天气又恶劣，要改主意——还来得及。我们摇摇头。装备好
hiking roles，把各自的背包称了称重。我把背包挂到称上看时，差点吓晕，居然差不
多有40lbs! 按墙上标示的适宜范围，我的背包上限应该是33lbs。我从来没做过背包客
，从来没想象过我能背这么重的包，心想，大约一路就只能靠hiking role支撑了。
背着沉重的心理负担，披着雨披上路了。开始不知道怎么挥舞hiking roles。走了十几
分钟，开始挥舞得有节奏了起来，觉得像是变回了漫步在冰川上的四足动物。
26日的路线是从Windigo 到Desor North 宿营地，14 miles长的trail。trail模糊不清
，时现时没。我基本是跟着别人走，倒不太费这个认路的劲。
