We luckly got a lot of great suggestions and requests introduced by our post
here and at wenxuecity three weeks ago. 18 new members joined RPDT and are
doing wonderful jobs, including 4 Architects or Project managers with more
than 10-year experience, 8 great Group Leaders/Senior Developers, 5 promising
Developers, and 1 marketing manager. Also 4 new consultants are playing active
roles in helping us.
Our website was transferred to www.rpdt.com two weeks ago. www.rpdt.org

You don't need to worry about this at all. :-)
First of all, we have solution in this salary issue already.
Secondly, we will be easily expand soon, while some guys are starting full
time status at RPDT.
Thirdly, we are not going to sign any ontracts which we can't finish as
required.

I was trying to use chinese to make this reply, my english is too poor, that
is also one reason I want to go back China, but too slow, so english again.
1) About RPDT Web
Very glad to see so many people have interesting to RPDT website. Actually
after our group make decision to add new people, I begin to setup this
website, we have expert in web design (go to see www.openintelligrnce.net,
that is one of our partner's 10 hour' work, at least much better than me) ,
but they are crazy |

surprised in some degree to see so many guys involved.
Sorry for being late to respond and for my poor English. I hope I can learn
more quickly and would love to appreciate if anybody offers me his/her
suggestions in this issue.
Regarding our group, RPDT, we are not even a formal company, but a group with
a clear structure. We don't have BOSS yet. You could be if you would join in.

You guys made many great points. Thank you.
1. 不过你们成本会不会很高啊，劳动力成本...中国的单子你们能接么?
Our cost is low enough to take the orders from China. In fact, we are taking.
And I am sure that we will continue being able to do so, even after all us
become full time status.
Only a few guys are full time at RPDT right now. But the progress we made is
asking for full-time input on more positions.

It is perfect that you have some clients and sale channels first as said in 一
次准创业.
But it is also good that you just have some ideas and then start up, make
products (software), try to sell them....
You are part-time, you have nothing to lose...
Only lose some time, but you gain experience, and you make lots of new
friends... |

not how many people "joined" you. And, what do you mean "join"?
As long as you have a good project, it's very easy to gather
people in current situation, not 18, maybe 180. |

Anyway, I got a good one recently which I thought was very feasible,
and I need two guys to do it together. One should have strong UNIX
platform software development experience, the other should have good
artistic sense.
