new.
If it's not that new, replacing the rubber seal might just fix the leaking
issue.
After two years of use, I had to replace the rubber seal on my stainless
steel pressure cooker(brand name is Presto). I bought it for $40 when it's
on sale. Overall it's well made. |

very good gymnast.
It all depends on how much percentage do you spend your exercise
on weight lifting. I see a lot of serious BBers spend over 80% of their
time on weights, plus less than 20% on cardio, no HIIT, no flexibility
training, no cross training, agility training, balance training,
so their hardcore workout muscles look like rubbers for me.

单说，货比货是得扔。
Troy specs上的好处我就不罗嗦了，特别是free floating直接就上一个档次,这个俺的
PSA怎么也没法比。 另外我实际到手之后印象最深的几个东东是：
1.Finish的质量高， 这黑色一看就就是很结实的黑，不知道是不是直接就是和
duracoat类似的工艺。这个比较一下就更明显了，如果仔细看图2的PSA，那个
extractor port边上突起的位置，已经明显地掉了漆。也就是7，8月份买的东西。
2.Alpha rail，对应地我给PSA装了个quad rail，比起来alpha rail散热更好，平衡好
。quad rail明显感觉头重，而且粗，100发不到就觉得烫，troy 150发下来，就觉得微
温。 而且这个设计你随便握在哪里，用哪种射击姿势都行。carbine length的quad
rail很受限制，更长的quad当然就更头重...
3. 当然，quad rail可以盖上rubber cover，就不热不滑了。但是这更体现出了troy东

is where you want the ball to touch on the blade during the serve. If you
want to give a spinning serve, let the ball touch the bottom area and have
the ball stay on the rubber more time/more friction; if you want to give a
non-spinning serve, let the ball hit upper area of the blade - the ball only
hits the rubber but no friction.

朋友的拍子，感觉是要好很多。一直听到说没有自己沾块拍子那不叫打乒乓球，决心还是
要弄一块。顺便还把实验室里一个同学拉下了水。

反手 stiga carbo MC 1.8 不会横打，其实反面暂时没啥用
拿到拍子当天去打了半个小时，感觉速度和旋转比5星DHS成品拍是要好很多。

have no problem...but for shakehand, it is always harder to play
against 2 different rubber side players in our level, so i would
always suggest guys to try different rubbers in both sides. |

and tried, never thought she could play that well with that
just so-so rubber, Henry Kwong of Palo alto uses the same
\rubber at 2080 level.
Flarestorm is a more popular choice, btw David Zhuang uses
speedo attack. a fast version of challenge attack. |

rubbers, whereas shakehanders use soft bat with hard rubbers.
i would recommend using hard bat for penholders, except your level
is below 1500, when maybe you feel it is too fast for u to control. |
