1. 清水加20粒花椒,3片姜片,煮开, 加粗盐,制成饱和盐水(化学系的同学知道哈)后再
加1/4的盐,
2. 选无裂口的生鸡蛋,洗净表面, 放入冷却的盐水中, 加少量料酒, 放低温处6周以上,
其间注意盐量, 盐水要始终在过饱和状态.

fish and need meaty food. ( not sure) I am too lazy to try them.
We have the same syndrome. Want to have more and more fish :)
This is the fourth tank. I started with three wag-tail planty and end up
with more than 50 fish I can't handle. I used 2 30-gallon rubbermaid
container to keep them for a while. When I had to move several months ago,
I sent out all those planties. I am really afraid live-bears now. |

全部都是送给自己家人的，以实用为主，多是日常生活用品。其实列出来的这些东西很
多在国内超市都能买到类似的，但是质量跟这里买的比还是差一点。仅供大家参考。人
民群众喜闻乐见的维生素擦脸油什么的我就不多说了。
１。各种大小不等的ziploc，虽然在国内很容易买到这种类型的食品袋，但是我老妈就
是认准了这个牌子，我个人也觉得这个牌子的确质量是好很多，用来储存食物很放心。
Quart-size and Gallon-size比较实用，我都是买easy zipper那种。
２。一套RUBBERMAID COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINERS,同理，国内也有，这个质量比较好。我
老妈很喜欢这个。
３。Swiffer Dusters 超级好用，拆掉盒子以后不占什么体积，而且又很轻，可以一次
买很多带回去。如果你老妈跟我老妈一样有洁癖的话，她会喜欢这个 |
