在2013年波士顿马拉松赛放炸弹的恐怖分子查纳耶夫近日被判死刑（其同案的哥哥在追
捕时被击毙）。虽然美国一直有强烈反对死刑的声音，但这次却很少异议反弹，大概因
为这个炸弹案太残忍，多数反对死刑者也羞于出声了，或者因良知反应而低调了。
目前全球很多国家都废除死刑，尤其是欧洲。但美国（及日本等）这样成熟的民主法治
国家仍坚持死刑，所以讨论、争吵一直持续，近年也延续到亚洲一些国家。
波士顿爆炸案导致3人丧生，包括一名中国女留学生（独生女）。264名受伤者中，很多
成为终生残废。像比尔.理查德（Bill Richard）一家，他本人被弹片击中，耳膜被炸
裂；妻子Denise被炸瞎一只眼睛；女儿Jane被炸掉一条腿；儿子Henry虽没受伤，但精
神失常了；另一个儿子Martin当场被炸死，只有8岁。
一个在观看马拉松比赛之前美满的家庭，如今家破人亡，今后这全家都残疾（更有丧生
）的日子怎麽过啊！
这只是一个典型，其他很多截肢的，断手的，被炸得眼瞎、耳聋、瘫痪的┅┅我们用文

近日台湾发生的女童被割喉案，使死刑存废问题再度成为焦点。最新民调显示，84%的
台湾民众不赞成废除死刑，赞成的仅有8%。去年六月的民调，82%不赞成废除死刑。这
次增加了两个百分点。
台湾（还有日本、南韩等）跟欧洲不同，多数民众赞成死刑，认为这能体现司法正义。
但仍有少数人主张废死，跟欧洲的舆论类似，认为废死才更人道。
那么哪一种说法更有道理，哪一个更体现人道原则？
无论是台湾、欧洲、还是美国，全球反对死刑者的理由大同小异，主要有五个方面。但
如果从基本逻辑、常理、常识来评判，他们的理由多是经不住推敲、站不住脚的。
反对死刑者的第一个理由是∶法律规定“不可杀人”，如以“杀人”处罚违法者，是自
相矛盾。意思是，罪犯杀人不对，但我们也没有权利剥夺别人（杀人犯）的生命。生命
是神圣的，每一个生命都值得珍惜，谁也无权剥夺。由此为反对死刑奠定理论基础。
但这个理由实在不堪一驳。常理和法律所指的“不可杀人”，当然是指∶1，不可“首
先”杀人；2，不可杀“无辜”的人。在法治社会，法庭判决的杀人，不是发生在“个

Ann。
都是右派，为防止半身不遂，就找了些左派的看，Rubin report很好，目前是我最喜欢
的，大名鼎鼎的The Young Turks我是真心听不下去呀，都是些什么玩意呀！虽然他们
也支持三德子，但是......

真理的讨论是我所听到的现代哲学左右派之间进行碰撞的巅峰之作（虽然两者都在事后
觉得对方的观点不能说服自己）。更重要的是Sam Harris对言论自由的坚决捍卫和对诚
实讨论的不懈追求：所谓和而不同，在他这儿是得到了完美的体现。

赞同苹果Siri语音个人助理的理念。
鲁宾在参加AsiaD大会时表示，手机并不是用户的伴侣，而是用来与真正的同伴通
讯的工具。他表示：“我认为你的手机不应当是助理。手机是通讯工具。你不应当直接
与手机沟通，你应当与手机另一端的人沟通。”
谷歌本周推出了最新版Android 4.0“冰激凌三明治”系统。该版本Android系统增

是怎么忍受烙印那审美的，居然把命

----------------我写的教主悼词 －－－－－－－－－－
教主的编辑艺术是很厉害的。
烙印接手的项目往往庸俗化，
就是他们不愿意说"no".
他们设计出来的东西容易
什么都做（都做不好），花里胡哨，
跟他们的宗教艺术有点关系，
更与他们的私念，私欲，秘密agenda
有关系。 Design by Committee
就是这样。
教主很有禅宗的精髓， 在
Pixar,就能把多余的character
砍掉， 多余的东西都删掉， 命令
所有的重新来。 Apple也是
一样。 离开教主，Apple/Pixar
也陷入Design by Committee
的泥沼。
Andy Rubin有点类似。
但是产品做得好却得罪一堆人，最后
被烙印踢走蹲着。
所以烙印这一套挤走了大批牛人
的做法，其实是所有技术／创造
公司的慢性毒药。
巨星陨落， 不怪老盖茨爱哭。
有点南“教”北“盖”， 惺惺相惜。
不知道华裔的巨星可有出来，
