道，了解对方的心理和需求，也让对方能够了解和理解自己，避免纠纷，而不是按步就
班，被动性地去指望乘客付出时间物力来适应你。
从另一方面说，一个很小的纠纷能搞成那麽大，对其他乘客来说不是损失吗？无谓的争
执给你们的旅程大打折扣，，然后空乘和机长显然是带著情绪去带你们飞行，这些是充
分的理由向航空公司投诉吧？
还有一点不争的事实，美国各家航空公司的服务质量在国际上是落后的，你可以从各家
评级机构去了解，我想有些人可能会盲目地默认美国公司肯定比国内好，所以希望越大
失望越大。

反卫生和消防法规，被令停业。大批顾客周五排队几条街那么长，赶吃最后一餐，不过
餐馆老板已决定向卫生部提出上诉，要求当局允许该餐馆继续营业。
这家华人餐馆老板早些时候曾表示，由于餐馆过于老旧，因此打算结束营业，但后
来又改变主意，决定在明天的听证会上提出上诉。老板的女儿朱莉告诉《旧金山纪事报
》：“这家餐馆是我的生命。”
卫生部的发言人西尔德斯表示，餐馆老板必须在听证会上上提交计划，说明他们要
如何改善该餐馆的卫生及安全等条件。这些计划必须得到当局批准并且落实后，餐馆才
能重新开张。
位于华盛顿街的三和餐馆楼高三层，但面积窄小，地下是厨房，二、三楼共设八张

population, very high cost of living (from food to renting to car insurance
to owning a pet to owning a car/house and high income tax, it is a wallet

世界有名的粥家， 话说当年国父孙中山就是在那里一边喝粥一边在侨界为革命募捐的
。到了七十年代，三和餐馆在因为一名态度极度恶劣的服务生而打响名号。这名侍应生
姓冯（Edsel Ford Fung），他对客人非常粗鲁，看不顺眼的顾客他不服务。顾客提出
抱怨，他就当场修理顾客，还禁止客人在他们的餐馆喝酒、咖啡或牛乳。老冯每次上菜

什么，估计意思是指责红奔驰车主的无礼。红车压根儿没理会，一直紧闭车窗，FORD车
主似乎很生气，居然竖起中指，然后愤愤离去。竖中指不好，但这红车也似乎太过分了
，插队就插队吧，干嘛死命摁喇叭，再说插队也要等人家让你才行哦，没礼貌。也许是

once when I was interviewed for a quant position, I was asked to calculate
225*0.85 without using a pen. it took me five minutes to get a wrong result.
besides that, the interviewer is the rudest one that I have ever met.
