（如果你家里有孩子读中学或者大学可以问问看）。那么是否该跟禁毒一样，用更严格
法律来打击枪支？还是打击使用枪支罪犯？或许严格的打击使用枪击犯罪的法律会更有
效，比如任何被确定为使用枪支的犯罪，不管是抢劫，强奸，贩毒，杀人等等，都应该
立刻死刑，斩立决，效果或许会更好，至少会大大减少那些被捉多次又被放出来的。毕
竟，刀枪本身没有什么错，是拿刀枪的罪犯有错。
讽刺的是，大型枪击案件发生的地方绝大多数是禁枪区，比如学校，除了警察和罪犯，

前两年诺贝尔和平奖，不论是戈尔，还是obama，国际上各大媒体
都有非常明显的争议性。
只有这次刘晓波，国际上各大媒体，不论左右，conservative还是liberal
一边倒的祝贺刘晓波骂TG，貌似从来没有那么一致过。
说老实话，我本来以为以TG这些年存的那么多外汇储备，收买一两
个所谓“国际友人”，一两个有点影响外国媒体骂骂诺贝尔委员会，
应该还是做得到的，但是到现在都一个多礼拜了，只有一个从来没有
听说过的什么“挪威教授”，还有个美国老年愤青在自己blog的博文
里面指责诺贝尔（人家即使指责诺贝，也没有说TG一个好字），TG喉舌
为了增强影响力，仍是造谣给人家戴了个“CNN VP”的头衔，贻笑大方
难怪啊，菌斑EUV等几个著名五毛这个礼拜都发疯了。

中国统治阶层的刑罚暴露其不安
天下大势，分分合合。在中国，镇压也似乎是有周期的。对一国之君来讲，有时候放松
对九州的掌控并允许少量的政治自由是有利的。
媒体上少许自由的批评，帮助当权者增添了耀眼的虚名。而纸面上的法律和貌似正当的
程序则赢得了海外的称赞并刺激了国内经济。因此政治上的宽松将会持续一段时间，这
种宽松被称为“北京的春天”。而在这之后总是一个政治的寒冬。但是直到最近，在每
一个新的周期里，春天似乎更加的温暖，而寒冬则不那么刺骨。当中国已走向开放，西
方人士有足够理由与之做生意。他们相信更多的经济开放必然会导致更多其它领域的开
放。
但最近一次的严冬将大家的希望打上了一个问号，原因有三。首先是镇压的规模。艾未
未是中国最知名的艺术家和异见人士，4月3日他在北京机场被拘留，他是被逮捕人士中
最为著名的一位。通过互联网发起的“茉莉花革命”使大批武警和便衣涌入公共场所，
以阻止公众以“散步”的方式来进行隐晦的抗议。

Artist Kapoor cancels China show over Ai detention

LONDON — Renowned British sculptor Anish Kapoor has called off a planned
exhibition in China over the ongoing detention of outspoken artist Ai Weiwei
, his spokesman told The Art Newspaper.
The British Council had asked Kapoor to plan a show at Beijing's National
