关闭我们这个部门，因为一直亏钱。这个unit有几百人。
且不管rumor是真是假，我现在是尽量往坏处想。我是EB2，485 pending,140 approved
,现在在用EAD，AOS status....眼看排期就快到了。
虽然有3个月的notice（纽约州的新法律规定，massive layoff必须要有至少3个月的
notice.），但现在就业环境很差。如果layoff时找不到类似的工作，485是否会受影响
？从正式layoff到找到工作，grace period有多长？我有没有必要考虑转其他身份？

Finalize Rule,这个应该已经差不多了.
