knee or leg joint injury before, you are not old, you are not over-
weight, or you don't run a lot, let's say less than 10 miles per day.
如果你真的很担心, here are something you may consider.
1) Buy a running shoes with good cushion capability. ***
2) Lose your weight or don't carry too many cameras.
3) run slow. Not too slow though.
4) don't run many downhills. Uphills are ok though

因小白同学的要求，我来抛砖引玉说说我怎么挑选适合自己的跑鞋。
step 1) 了解自己的pronation.
pronation分under pronation, neutral,和over pronation.
别想当然的以为自己是neutral.
网上有很多方法鉴定自己的pronation，什么湿脚踩在白纸上，脚并拢找人从后面看你
的腿。
但我觉得最有效的办法是，
光脚站立，然后做跑步的动作，类似弓箭步一样，看你的脚是怎么用力怎么离地的。如
果你是所有脚趾或者小脚趾最后离地(我就是这样)，那么你是under-pronator.
如果大脚趾最后离地，那么是over-pronator.
如果离地比较正面，那么就是neutral.
step 2) 在网上找适合你的pronation的鞋的review。

vs 5K. For the 5K I force myself to do 2/2 breathing or faster. For long
easy run I do 4/4. The question about running form in ultra really has
to do with the endurance of different leg muscles. My calfs can generate
a lot power over short distances, but they don't yet have the endurance
that could carry me to the marathon distance. So currently while I can
run a 5K landing on forefoot, I cannot do it in a marathon.

80F，可能因为天气缘故。光登记没交钱人家就是不给你email update.开车沿十月
份的比赛路线开了一圈，发现总体很平只是10-11mile有一个很长的缓坡，不用针对性
训练。沿途很多散落的mobile house，一个人跑的话不太安全难免有谁家狗串出来。
来到了久违的医院健身房见空无一人，于是把treadmill移到正对着电视，电扇对准上
身吹，把一个登山机搬到treadmill边专门当桌子放水、凡士林和遥控器，这些东西放
treadmill上难免有响声。前10 miles 8:05pace,每2miles调到4喝水。10miles后重新
启动跑步机要不然99分钟后停机。后10miles每3miles喝水一次，每2miles增加速度0.2
,最后2 miles逐渐减速。后10miles76：40. 总共20miles pace 7:54.也野兽了一下心
里很满足，跑完后不是太累，比十多年前第一次跑万米的感觉强多了。要不是有电视估
计早就崩溃了。
