溶液10分钟，sample放在一个玻璃的jar里面（close system），样品放在一个垫子上
，周围瓶底滴上RuO4溶液利用它的vapor就足够stain了，盖上盖子（盖子如果是金属的
，要垫上teflon sheet），10分钟，然后把sample拿走，用styrene monomer kill剩下
的RuO4，保证反应完全。sample拿去vacuum 几个小时，或overnight除水，因为RuO4是
aqueous。
非常非常毒，千万小心！！！尤其你第一次做没有经验，最好是和做过的人一起做。 |

should be longer than half hour. What is the concentration of your RuO4?
2. I know some people stain the sample to the hell, then they do microtome
after
stain. The surface will basically be destroyed, but the inside of the sample
will be stained by the diffuse of RuO4.

ones around $77 on sale. They both have 5 giga
ports.
rt-n16 deal may have passed, but newegg has
sales once in a while. rt-n16 is supposed
to be better (hardware) if you really want to 刷
dd-wrt.
But I like 3500L better, because 1. my old netgear
624 is very good, never had a problem 24x7 for
years, and it is still the same; 2. Netgear firmwares
are not as buggy as Asus firmwares. Those Asus
firmware programmers are ruo4 zhi1.

I want to discern the amorphous and crystally part. I used the RuO4 stained
the thin sections for 30 minutes, but I can't see anything under TEM. Any
suggestions?
