主要是101高速附近，特别是101和baseline附近那里不太安全。asu附近的小区住的大
部分是失业的老妹，老莫和学生。
我听说的，Tempe ASU附近前年和大前年分别发生一起凶杀案，broadway和rural附近一
起群体枪击案 去年没怎么听说。应该还行吧？嘿嘿。Apache在轻轨修通之前是著名的
黑帮活动区域，枪击不断。修通了就好了，至少10年之后很安全了。
其实Rural从broadway到southern两边的房子都很不错，那时候差点就买在那里了。 |

桥底下都比较有保证（要是没有前一天被别人扫荡过的话）。
Stocked Trout不了解，冬天的时候嫌冷钓的少，但是基本上在rural的桥附近，用

行的保护环境努力感到满意，其中农村居民的满意度高达80％，城镇居民的满意度则为
74％。
根据这项在2011年对4200名中国成年人进行的调查，77％的中国居民对空气质量感
到满意，而73％的中国居民对水质感到满意。不过，中国城镇居民对空气和水的质量满
意度要明显低于农村居民。城镇居民对空气和水的质量满意度分别为63％和67％，远远
低于农村居民的87％和78％。
该民调还发现，北京、上海和广东这三个中国大城市的居民对环境满意度明显低于
全国平均水平。北京和上海居民对空气质量的满意度均只有46％，广州居民的相关满意
度为49％；广州居民对水质的满意度为61％，北京居民的满意度为60％，而上海居民的
满意度为58％。
与此同时，北京、上海和广东居民的环保意识也相应的高于全国平均水平。总体来
说，57％的中国居民认为政府应该把环保列为优先工作，哪怕会减慢经济增速。相比之
下，高达77％的北京居民、75％的上海居民和66％的广东居民持以上观点。

2.22: 7km easy run。感觉寒冬快过去了，不错。第一次冬训：长时间的鼻炎、咽炎，
手背冻伤，寒冷中挣扎起床，sunrise之前开跑，还有小腿小伤干扰。。。回头看，可
以给自己打及格分。
2.23: 16k easy run。开始巡航小城，有点新意。
2.24: 8k easy run。
2.25: 45 tempo 改为rest。寒冷+Deadline+疲劳，被H.H.-1打败一次。
2.26: Rest。
2.27: 16k easy run。感觉后蹬时膝盖部位要蹬直，那样发力效率会高些，但是感觉到
膝盖以下负担加大。看来还是肌肉不够强壮，技巧能改善问题，但真正的marathoner还
是要足够的强壮。
2.28: 34.4k easy rural trail run。平时的跑步路线是林荫道，遮阳避风，今天跑了
个rural trail，瞬间感受大变。这顺风和逆风跑感觉差别很大，看起来跑步比赛时抱
团是有一定效用的。 |

2.27: 16k easy run。感觉后蹬时膝盖部位要蹬直，那样发力效率会高些，但是感觉到
膝盖以下负担加大。看来还是肌肉不够强壮，技巧能改善问题，但真正的marathoner还
是要足够的强壮。
2.28: 34.4k easy rural trail run。平时的跑步路线是林荫道，遮阳避风，今天跑了
个rural trail，瞬间感受大变。这顺风和逆风跑感觉差别很大，看起来跑步比赛时抱
团是有一定效用的。 |
