班，时间上也能接受。回家上school digger上看才发现，这个east rutherford比
rutherford学校似乎还要不好。而且这里的学校都是K到三年级算小学，4到8年级在一
个学校，然后升高中。想问一下这样的学校设置有什么利弊。有了解那里的朋友吗？另
外还有其他什么好的地方可以选择，希望学校环境安全，但我的小孩不是非常出色的，
不想找那种top学校让孩子压力太大。谢谢 |

这两个地方算两个town，我是想租avalon在east rutherford的apartment的。到那里才
听人说两个地方的学校是不同的。
另外，学校从grade 4th 到grade 8th在一个学校的，是怎么管理的。难道四年级的小
孩就没有home room和home teacher了吗？ |

Close to bus stop (about 5 min to 190, 76, 195, 191, 192 stop), a couple of
blocks from the Train Station which takes you in one stop to Hoboken or Two
stops to NYC.

学区基本凑合？算不算8分学区？bergen county很好, 此town还是bergen
county的蓝领town吧，知道的分享一下。
little ferry H mart6迈十来分钟，H mart北边是hackensack的costco，你也可以去3
号路clifton的costco。
Rutherford夹在21号路，3号路，17号路中间，交通非常方便，东面17号路各种plaza，
便宜的flaming grill中餐buffet，farmers market，有Rutherford火车站，bergen
county line经hoboken去WTC不到一个小时吧
因为挨着3号路, rt 3 -> 495 ->进城 的确便捷, 自己开车不到20分钟（我是说非上班
时间），不过rush hour495肯定是要堵的吧, 是不是25分钟需要大家现身说法 |

secaucus不好，说fort lee好点。可是看看fort lee的SFH很少而且贵，所以觉得可能

附近住过一段时间，也曾考虑过在那儿买房，但由于学区一般，7分左右，就罢了。
Rutherford确实交通方便，生活也挺方便，5mile 以内有个Hmart。 以前的老牌好区，
不过最近没落了，太多西非裔搬入。租房可以，卖房要多考虑。
