I don't blame you for not recognizing this american rumba. If I wasn't
paying close attention to it, I wouldn't recognize it, either.
The biggest difference between american rumba and international rumba is the
count. American rumba goes on 3,4,1 while international rumba goes on 2,3,4
. However, in this clip they didn't dance enough to this basic count for you
to recognize easily.(american rumba music is also faster, and is the same
speed as international chacha)

的一些感觉。
Debussy，同拉氏理，中文的
那三个字总记不住怎么打。。。老德的作品多数很诡异，
是很诡异，但也有一些很流行的
Deux Arabesques No 1，很好听也很popular，我在我同事的手机铃声里听到过，弹起
来poly-rythm有点纠结
Reverie，我唯一会弹的Debussy，呵呵，不是很出名，但是很好听
Clair de Lune，就是老德的月光，人尽皆知
Satie，人可能不太出名，但是他的Gymnopedies，尤其是第一首很流行，这个版上就被
奔过多次，传说还是抗抑郁药的主题音乐。他还有一首Je te veux挺流行的，很多人应
该也听过。
Ravel，惭愧，几乎没怎么听过，听说他的Piano Concerto in G Major很好听，可惜没
听过。 |

Very good combination of Celt music and
tribe rythm. very easy to listen to, no
wierd stuff, no depression, darkness, anger
or any of those cliches.
All based on sample and loop including
celtic ethnic melodies.
The CD even include a "game"
simple version of Mixmaster to me> that
can help you create your own loop. quite
some samples accomanied.
Highly recommand.

Could never find a used "Fahrenheit Fair Enough" so
I bought a new one online... a bit expensive but this is
the most accessible experimental electronic music
I have heard.
With the extensive use of granular synthesis they created
a soothing but ever changing soundscape. it is far more
than the downtempo singles I have heard on radio. Beautiful
atmosphere under a progressive rythm and texture, they
brought soul to cold analog synth bleeps.

Here you go:
the keyboards produced a reed piano kind of sound
for most of the songs, doing rythm/chord with guitars...
And for beginings of several quiet songs
they used some sort of atmosphere pad sound which is
pretty nice. But with an Access Virus and a Nord Lead 2,
they didnt utilize the full potential of two of the
most expresive synthesizors.
With Cui Jian's stuff I would imagine him getting a
Korg Triton or something, for rock keyboards (think |

with a view" at th English edpartment of PKU. The writer's English has a
graceful poetic flow and beautiful rythm. The English is only better than
many of the literature papers written by native English speakers I have read
later on. Her supervisor thought it was amazing too and gave her 90+ points. I
was so impressed but I forgot her name now. I always wonder how was she after
graduation with her talent.

就拿构图来说，就有不少经典，而且很多内容相通，但观点都略有不同，相互比较了来
看对学习应该更有裨益。
多素材的唯一缺点是需要每一期都要有个人把各种材料组织起来。我可以尝试去做，但
需要大家理解我不是老师，所以我的组织不具指导性，只是提供facilitation罢了。
既然没有人提，那我也推荐一本Photographic Composition by Ben Clements and
David Rosenfeld. 这本涵盖shape,line,tone,texture,volumn,design,center of
interest, contrast, rythm等各个构图元素，并提供了不少练习的方案。
但是好像没有英文电子版，我可以负责扫描。 |

语言还算不错，中英都流利，Level1连猜带蒙基本能读，我不知道他认识多少词。特别喜欢rythm的书， Dr Suess好几本自己可以都下来，当然很多词是蒙的。中文也能读一些，很多是蒙的——字单独拿出来就不认识廖。
数学一般般，数数没问题，兴致来了能数到好几百，掰着手指头会做加减法。
对科学超级有兴趣，恐龙如数家珍，从图书馆借过无数儿童科普书。
刚学会游泳，轮滑会一点，常跟爸爸打篮球，跑得超级快，他们preschool班上小朋友
没有人能追得上他——我有时候纳闷，这孩子应该是属猴的吧，咋就晚生了一年呐？
乐器没摸过，没打算学钢琴，将来可能学个拿得动的乐器，以便泡妞~~~
嗯，还有，超级唐，超级唐——比那天PA版上被妈妈抱怨的4岁小故娘唐得不是一星半

从发回家的课程表来看，
他们一周有一次体育课， 一次音乐课， 一次science，一次library time
每天有的是reading， writing， math和social study
reading现在用的是decodable， 从K就开始的

先是老师读， 孩子们跟着读， 然后老师会问一些问题，
包括phonics和阅读理解的。
decodable都非常的简单，
每本大约4-10页纸， 每张纸上1句话， 图文并茂的
重点是练习孩子的phonics和一部分词汇量。
老师经常会问的phonics question如下：
