印度人种宗教复杂,不能一概而论
但是占人口大多数的信印度教的,皮肤黑乎乎的占主体,具有比较鲜明行为特点.
其中又以男的比女的更加明显

1. suck up,走上层路线,各种方式拍上层马屁,建立私人感情谋取办公室政治权力
2. 骗人吹牛的套话,张口就来,个个熟练的不得了.
3. 对同事/下级, 抢别人的credit,把自己的过错推卸到别人身上,非常本能熟练
4. 背后利用高层路线,经常打小报告,sabotage攻击同事竞争对手

期。怎么样，照样得出活。她做手术后，我去看她，麻药劲还未过， 嚎啕大哭，说系
校不supportive。 这可是教授啊， 叫我心酸。 我自己一个手术（运动伤），只修了
一个礼拜。这在国内是六个月的假。我的经历是美国你只要不出事，享受吧。但谁能保
证。我也同意国内关系经营肯定笔者而复杂。但是研究生院导师让我心灰意冷了好一段

国内亲戚家儿子结婚都要给买房子，出彩礼，然后带孩子到很大。年轻人肆意啃老，长
辈亲戚们都疲惫不堪。甚至离婚后，孩子都是爷爷奶奶抚养，重娶媳妇还是老人花钱。
无论是在偏远小村还是北京，我都看到这种现象。老人的负担太重了。
我宁可自己老了，孩子们去忙自己的事，我清清静静地度晚年，也不愿意那样的疲惫不
堪（即使孙儿绕膝）。
