WTI原油会跌到20美元或15美元吗？
上周当原油上涨到34元以上时，就有些所谓的分析师出来说原油价格已经见底了。昨天
原油跌到32元附近，就有许多人重新鼓吹原油价格会跌至20美元和15美元。其实分析师
和炒家改变预测和移动目标杆是很普遍的，美其名就是顺应市场。可是受苦的是跟随他
们目标的散户。
回顾去年，最离谱的是Dennis Gartman， 有超过40年经验的期货炒手，约在去年3月份
，当WTI原油跌至约42-45美元时，喊出原油会跌至15美元。然后过了两天（一个周末）
，就改口说原油要涨至70美元，因为就在他上CNBC电视台采访后，原油继续反弹。记得
去年初CitiBank 预估原油要先跌至20美元，然后年底回到45美元。Goldman Sach的两
