spread + covered call(45)".
Let's see the latter separately.
covered call(45): sacrifies the potential benefit(ref-price is more than 45)
with the compensation of option premium.
Bull call(40,45) spread: has limited loss and benefit. If ref-price goes
down(until 40), he will lose more on this spread for sure. However, if ref-price goes
up(until 45), he will benefit from this spread.
