但是如果是ShortSale的，自己心里也没有底。大家说说，buyer's agent的贡献在哪里
？ 为什么需要Buyer'sAgent？ 我们的情况是我们非常清楚自己想要什么，也非常清楚
这个市场的价位。但是总是觉得不太熟悉签合约的过程，所以到最后还是找了Agent。
但是觉得每次房子都是最后给了没有Agent的买家。 |

会从SELLER'S AGENT里的COMMISSION扣给他，不是你直接出。 也就是说，这是他和
SELLER'sAGENT之间的事。
SELLER'S AGENT不怕麻烦吗？ 如果当初是BUYER'S AGENT代看的房子，她应该知道这个
游戏规则。
满意他的服务的。一次他带我看了一个REO的房子，我们想出一个比listing price低
10K左右的offer，这个agent说listing price已经比周围的房子的低了，建议我们就按
listing price offer. 我们一开始同意了而且把所有的paperwork都签了，后来因为其
他原因，agent没有把我们的签了字的offer送出去（现在还在他手上）。我后来总觉得
买房子是应该去讨价还价的，所以我撇开agent直接和那个房子的listing agent联系了
，几个回合后我拿到了比listing price低近20K的off: er. 现在房子已经在escrow了,
如果loan顺利的话，月底就close了。

个人觉得代理的贡献对不同的人是不一样的。假如一个不会还价的买主， 那他就一定
要找个会还价的代理。
ShortSale 比较复杂， 要找有经验的。 |

那么像这种情况我还有什么办法跟房东negotiate吗？还是只能同意？
