period. Lease is usually one year, of course you can try to negotiate.In the
summer time, a community with a very good reputation is usually pretty full
. So hurry up to get one. A community of lower rating is also fine as long
as it's safe (like Bay City or Midland).
A more practical solution is to check out craigslist.org to share a room

就的，住哪个都差不太多。有新建的house按年租还不错，有孩子的比较推荐，也不贵
太多。Daycare我就不清楚了。

车上5人 在租车行租车出去玩,翻车 确信的是,后排两个今年刚去的中国研究生,受
轻伤,前排副座人死亡.驾驶员是女的 重伤.不知道是租车行的还是学生.车辆损失严重,
