不知从什么时候开始，儿子把喜欢某女孩和婚姻联系起来。我也很纳闷，孩子们是怎么
推理的会迅速的理解，喜欢的最高境界或必然结局是结婚？估计是Disney王子啊公主啊
的电影害的（should be rated as 18+）。当然，儿子要结婚的对象是经常变的，直到
他遇到了一个从国内来的小女孩。
小女孩的妈妈是国内来的访问学者，访问一年。家长们经常在一起等校车接送孩子就都
熟了，我们也经常带她们去SHOPPING。小女孩比我儿子大４－５岁的样子，聪明伶俐,
老象个大姐姐以的照顾儿子，陪他玩。儿子于是又想到了婚姻，便和妈妈说了，他妈告诉他
： 那你明天带她们SHOPPING时可以问问人家同意不同意。

确切的说，湾区从5月开始就一路上升。
9月破了2008年9月的平均价，10月又比08年10月上市10%左右。
主要原因是货源极少。很多SHORT SALE 的房子去做LOAN MODIFICATION和延期拍卖。政
府也加添很多政策保护FORECLOSURE.
今年1月的上市的房屋是5年的新低。很多房子都在BROKER TOUR 当日上市，在另一批房
子上市前PENDING.
cupertino 区域通常是周三晚上市。
最近估价价位也同样上升了 |

business profits. However, those small business owners suggest them to"give
