不多，略高一点，在15%左右，是自然发酵所能得到的最高酒精度，再高酒精就抑制酵
母菌的生存了。
日本的蒸馏酒叫焼酎，发音是Shochu，酒精度大约35%，相当于中国的低度白酒。 |
