嗯，买车的时候啥都没查，买车的告诉说车放dealer那里很久了，所以现在需要长发动发动。当时不懂就不在意地答应下来。结果现在电池不成了。前几天买了电池可是找不到电池在哪里，电话给买车的ali，ali过来启动说你听听多好呀，不用换，你去退掉吧，如果2周后还不好才说。嗯嗯，我说你先告诉我电池在哪里。他说电池在保险盒和一个电线架的下面.
昨天汽车又jump start了。然后有人告诉说安装很简单的，干脆你去autozone买个换上吧。于是今天下了班，找了一个同事去换买电池。

know how to do it. here is the thing.
1) You can buy micro SIM from a local AT&T B&M with no additional cost.
2) You can add voice only or voice/data into it. You don't need data
services to active/register the card.
The problem is, iPhone 4 has a feature called visual voice mailbox, which

觉得现在PwC对内控的理解和实施有重大缺陷
和Phoenix的PwC搞了快3年了,觉得他们现在对内控的理解以及相对的实施procedure有
重大缺陷.
不知道是不是其他pwC其他office也这样,原来和North Carolina的PwC搞过,好像不是这
样的.
现在每次搞Sox test, 发现一个exception后就搞的很大. pwC是(要我们)这么处理的:
1. 发现一个错误,你必须假设所有和这个错误相关的account都是错误的,就是所谓的
maximum exposure是多少.
2. 然后用其他有效的controls来减少这个maximum exposure. 这些有效的control可以
叠加.

第一次:test drive 328xi coupe.salesman A 接待.没有谈价格. 20分钟
第二次:去了就直接谈价格.salesman A 不在.遇见经理,我给了一个自己的OTD价格.话
音未落,就和我shake hands了.5分钟
第三次:对方打电话来和我商量价格.于是上周六又去了一次.2分钟谈妥OTD价格. 教了$

衣：我在上海有些比较有钱的朋友，也有些仍在开着燃气助动车的朋友。总体来说上海宁还是比较会打扮的，但感觉还是在流行着一些对美国来说已经比较边缘化了的所谓世界名牌，今年好像在流行“阿迪达斯”什么的。穿正宗的ARMANI 或 PRADA 等主流大牌的绝对没有美国的多，款式也不如美国的，虽然美国可能是在OUTLETS里买的。有许多不入流的杂牌倒是满大街都有人穿，尽是些在美国从来没人知道和过问的牌子。我几个比较有钱的朋友所穿着的正宗世界大名牌都是去国外买的，包括LV和GUCCI之类的包包。总之，对一般的上海宁来讲，美国回去的人穿的东西他们有些看不太懂，而他们穿的东西美国回去的人又根本看不上，差距还是蛮大的。

美国，是地球上人类有史以来最伟大的国家。她的伟大，是几乎怎么夸奖都不过分的。
我知道有许多人会有“酸葡萄”心里。还有一些认真的人会提到美国政府明显的错误，
如其入侵伊拉克的谎言（伊拉克有大规模杀人武器）等。尽管有这些近年的事实（也可
以再加上早年的贩卖黑人和更早期的对印第安人的屠戮），美国仍然不失为一个伟大的
国家。
为什么呢？因为有三点我们必须看到。
1）从人类的文明史的发展来看，美国是一个不断改正自己错误的国家。
美国历史上的错误，是人类贪婪天性的一部分。正因为美国人继承的是欧洲文化，所以
她才能逐渐的，从内心反省，来改变自己的行为。历史上，美国的黑人解放是什么原因
呢？是黑人革命造反成功，使白人从社会上，从外部感受到压力，不得不让步的结果吗
、如中国历史上反反复复的改朝换代一样吗？不是。黑人的解放主要是白人（欧洲）文
化所导致的自我反省的结果。看看南非最后种族歧视的结束不是曼德拉领导的“暴力革
命”的结果就知道了。看看印度英狄拉甘地的“不合作”运动，改变了英国殖民统治的

had a paper in 2009 claimed Cedar's famous paper is kind of cheating. Cedar
later published another paper claimed his data was right.
One key point I totally agree with Goodenough is that Cedar used too much
carbon black, which is useless in industry, to try to achieve high C rate. |

他。难怪中国政治几百年也搞不好，非白即黑的思维水平能怎么样？难道男人除了gay
，就是钓丝？难道没有高帅富？难道没有文青，难道没有salesman，难道没有装B犯，
难道没有公款消费的？钓丝就只注重功能不注重外观？那钓丝喜欢美女干什么？
我一看到有人说什么“xx件必须做的事情”，"xx的几类“ 就烦。中国人特喜欢干这类
事你以为你闭门造车想的就能把所有的东西都概括了？世界复杂着呢。你分类的依据是
什么？你有没有critical thinking？
苹果有什么好黑的。看看你们钓丝用的PC，都是什么东西？有几个稳定的，有几个售后
服务好的？板上经常有人抱怨ThinkPad，今儿个还看到有人抱怨售后服务。我老人家以
前用PC的时候，基本每年至少重装一次，经历了三台机器都是这样。换了mac之后，慢
是慢了点，再也没重装过，有一台还摔过，照样用。再说手机或平板，破Android用着
都难受。你先搞稳定了再说更高级功能好不好？你以为所有人都跟钓丝一样有用不完的

发帖数: 690 | 48 前天把我开了十年的轿车送到Dealer那儿去换油加年检， 早早下了班去取车，那个挺
着大肚子的老莫 Salesman， 马上过来一本正经的和我谈。他说车没什么大问题， 我
每天就是从家开5，6 英里到汽车站。但是车前面的减震器快不行了，建议马上换。他
说他可以给我一个优惠价，美金 980.
我觉得怎么那么贵！？ 不过又觉得他讲得有道理， 因为我也觉得近来车子颠簸得厉害
。 当即我说， 我要回去想一想。
回来马上到 Youtube上，找到了相关录像，明白了那就是两根弹簧老化了。要专门的
工具才行。看来，还要去外边做。
昨天中午去外面吃饭, 隔壁正好有个 Brakes Plus ，就随便去问了个价。被告知美金
600. 当即心中暗喜。辛亏自己问了一下。这不，都快省了 30%了。
回到家里，带孩子们去公园玩，遇到一个朋友讲起了这件事。他说他认识一老中师傅，
手艺不错，人挺实在的。可以去问个价。
当即要了号码，打了电话过去。对方说马上有空。我就把车开了过去。他说他可以换。
我问他多少钱。他算了算， 问我300行吗？ 我说 270吧。 他说可以，但是要现金。
