在一个试验中有WT组和转基因组老鼠，进行药物处理和对照处理，测量结果是老鼠的免
疫细胞变化。2 way annova 结果是只有药物具有显著型变化，基因型和INTERACTION都
没有显著变化。post test 分析药物对不同基因组的影响显示，药物在WT老鼠组里有显
著变化，在转基因老鼠中没有显著变化。
这样的结果可以得出结论，药物对WT老鼠有作用，对转基因老鼠没作用吗？谢谢了

我认为答案b不正确。B is not correct because the treatment of DKA is never
insulin and glucose, it is insulin and saline. Secondly the question is
asking for immediate treatment which is A (bicarbonate). Of course later
on you will give them saline and insulin but that will take time to
correct the acidosis. Second this is not a simple acidosis from DKA
because pCO2 compensation is more than the loss of bicarbonate which means
that there is some acid present in the body which cannot be accounted for

按美国劳工部的数据，1980年到2005年，通胀调整后收入增长最快的行业是护士，医生
实际是持平，ACADEMIC下降，工程师是增长，但是幅度不高（实际上是有些行业的工程
师增长快，有些很慢甚至通胀调整后下降）。美国医生挣得多，不是今天才有的，实际
上，医生的相对地位在下降，劳动量在上升。
可以说，医生本身的收入，对医疗支出的快速增长影响甚至还没护士大。
我这是实事求是的说。
护士对医疗成本的影响有三方面，
一个是工资的增长，这如前面所说，不多说了，现在很多地方护士的工资不算很低了；
第二个很重要的影响，是病护比例的下降。
我接触的老护士们都说，80年代90年代，一个护士都是看10个病人，现在看5个病人。
不说别的，光这个成本就DOUBLE。我十年刚上班的时候，一个班一般是看6-8个病人，
现在是4-6个。
这有两方面的原因：
一是因为护士工作辛苦，现在市场上供需关系总得来说是偏向护士，单位被动地调整比
例，相当于提高护士待遇；
二是各种法律/保险的影响。为了防止诉讼，为了满足保险的要求，护士必须花大量时

都不知道病人的死亡速度，你只知道他们肯定会死。
但是生命有时很顽强，我我见过一个星期不死不符合in patient hospice policy被送
回家的case。然后半年后又回来了😄
但是大部分在两三天会死。
但是，现在很多hospice病人是sepsis病人，发着高烧，如果两三天没水，你说会不会
渴死？
现实的情况是病人转为in house hospice后，一般胃管喂食是肯定停止了，但是iv看情
况，有的医生还继续给iv，有的医生只给morphine点滴，一般我们会加一些primary的
saline低速点滴，还有很多病人医生让停止所有点滴，只给morphine/ativan静推的
order，这些病人最惨，食物没有水也没有，你说一个普通发烧病人，如果三天不吃不
喝会怎么样？
美国人看着满嘴生命/教义，其实是非常狠的。咱们中国人一般狠不下心干这事。这样
还真不如一针高剂量咖啡加Ativan来得痛快。

点儿用都没有，所以我就不去看西医了。
熏鼻子，我用essential oil 。卖过saline nasal spay没用几天。
还有医生给的rhinocort aqua nasal spray sample,我怕会有依赖性，不太用，应该
还不错，这样的spray市场上有好几种，需要perscription.
最好的方法还是增强体质，少感冒，避免冷空气，干燥空气和各种空气污染。还有做
面部穴位按摩，最后就是我前面说的nasal irrigation.只要坚持会好很多。 |

and saline nasal spray, benadryl could make you more sleepy,

if it's truly sinusitis causing the headache, needs to take care of the
sinusisit, take antibiotics, use nasal spray with saline, and also can use
steroid nasal spray such as nasonex(which is hideously expensive),
what you could also try is to get the sinus rinse kit from walgreen, i
forgot the name by now, but it's a combination of salt, baking soda, mixed
in lukewarm water and you can squirt it through nostrils, it will rinse
through sinus |

You can also try nasal saline rinse twice a day. Works wonders for me.
