我博士毕业刚加入的公司， 公司本来有一个一百万的仪器，非常笨重。 一年大概也需
要600万来维持它的运转。 我设计了一个非常简单的仪器 （大概十万）， 产率能达到
它的六倍， 产能达到它的五倍。 达到这样的产能， 这个仪器需要3千万， 我基本60
万就可以达到了。
已经设计出来了， 我需要要求怎样的salary raise和promotion呢？ |

（1）股票每月vest (after 1 year)，但是ipo时才算taxable event. 那是不是用ipo
的价格来算税？
（2）股票每月vest算taxable event. 这个好像不太靠谱，没有market，员工/Uber没
有办法卖股票交税，岂不是要拿base salry来交股票的税？
还有一点，如果vest了后离开（假设离开时还没ipo），vest了的股票还是属于员工的
吗？ |

colleauges look like a bunch of idiots.
be careful, man
you will earn credit but it does not necessarily mean you will have a raise
or promotion right away.
big company has standard policy on rasie and promotion. |

我的大老板其实想用我的贡献来打击买这个仪器的人。当然这个事情他也有过错，不过
只是杀敌一千， 自损三百的事情。 毕竟我是他招的人 。

They will be more motivated to promote your work/report your contribution to
top/higher manager.

nah, pretty high. at that time RMB 1 yuan is more valueable
than $1. not to speak of the purchasing power brought by
the low price policy.
with the salry of 周信芳, you can buy 2 tons(!) of pork/beef,
6 tons of fish or 20 tons of rice every month.
