里开采出来的。中国的default是海盐，至少在东部地区。
美国的default是岩盐。
根据加工程度，分为粗盐和细盐，一般来说，粗盐是大颗粒，
颜色不甚白，细盐是小颗粒，颜色白。
偶个人偏好海盐，习惯而已。粗海盐也能吃，当年老百姓都是吃
粗海盐的，因为便宜。再往前追究，没有精制工艺，都是粗盐。
粗制的岩盐好象叫rock salt，没听说有人吃，好象是用来制冷，
做冰激凌的....还有冬天撒在路上。

not that popular. Even regular pool, the cost of chemicals are not high at

How much is too much? Above 2300mg per day, or one teaspoon for not-at-risk
people. Much less for those at risk (family history, age, and so on).
Practically, I go by taste and try to eat as little sodium as I can. I am
glad to find a NY Times article:

上周第一次去snowshoeing. 挺有意思，嘿嘿。写个流水账。
沿着58号公路过了小镇Oakridge大概半个小时，就在路边。
雪厚大概接近半米，入口处的雪都铲掉了，有个小停车场，之前要买permit.
温度不是很低感觉有5度的样子，我只穿了单裤，上面里面也只有一层速干的秋衣一个
抓绒坎肩。往里走20分钟左右吧，就看到瀑布了，水挺大的。落差有286ft，接近90米
吧。然后我们决定绕过这个瀑布去看另一个lower diamond creek falls.
一路跋涉，深一脚浅一脚的。最好戴上gaiter，非常有用。
下到那个瀑布之前有一小段非常陡，队伍中有个人就滑下去了，大概10米吧，好在下面
只是积雪比较深的那么一小块平地。。。很有意思。

两个人开不会累,就是很boring,沿途很多乡村公路,尤其是穿过Idaho时,开好几十miles
见不到一个人,尽是田园景色,小桥流水人家独缺人. |

不知道这将近4个小时该怎么打发... 所以烦问一下机场附近有啥好玩的地吗？ 有没有
火车、轻轨、bus可以直接载人去的地？如果乘坐这些公共交通是用quarter付钱吗？
还是用纸币？(抱歉，农村呆久了， 没坐过火车、轻轨、bus……，没经验）
