果这个提案通过，州里和地方上的执法人员将不允许与联邦移民执法官员ICE合作,不允
许把在押的ICE已经发出了detainer (非法滞留)的非法移民犯罪嫌疑人交给ICE递解出
境。
这将直接导致这些犯罪分子在服刑后被释放回到社区。因此造成的悲剧最众所周知的是
旧金山的KateSteinle. Kate在花样年华被一个已经遣返五次的非法移民枪杀。因为旧
金山是非法移民庇护城市，地方不允许和ICE合作，在ICE已经发出detainer要求地方拘
押此非法移民直到ICE能派执法人员将他转移的情况下，此非法移民被释放出狱。两个
月后Kate Steinle死在他的枪口下。
禁止州里和地方上的执法人员和联邦移民执法官员ICE合作和信息共享也会导致下面的

Caveat : 本人无心无意无能培养“天才”，但有心有意有本事教育子女。
自打扁豆认字，我们就开始给他买书。先是一般的 Board Books，属于增长词汇量的那
种。买的第一套丛书是 Disney's Wonderful World of Reading，包括 The Lion King
, Mulan, Pocahontas, 等等。正好家里有 Disney 的录像带，就一起看了。
另一套书是 I Can Read It All by Myself Beginner Books by Dr. Seuss，其中著名
的有One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish, Are You My Mother?, The Cat in the

14岁华裔女童发生性关系，被圣马刁县地检处以5项重罪起诉。
根据官方公布的信息，24岁的被告Adrian Pan，被控在2014年7月18日、19日，以及8
月31日，与14岁华裔女童性交，Pan面对包括与未成年人发生性行为，以异物放进女童
的身体进行性交，及与女童发生口交等5项控罪。
圣马刁县地检处表示，被告Pan与受害人于2014年夏季在智胜教育Millbrae分校认识
，Pan当时是导师，而受害人是学生，两人当时有一段短暂情侣关系。
警方透露，受害人于案发后，向智胜教育Millbrae分校的管理人讲述事件而揭发案件
，Pan于上星期被捕，智胜教育Millbrae分校周五例行休假，暂未能联络到负责人置评。
当局指被告Pan一年前曾在南旧金山海湾乒羽中心，以及Hillsborough的Crystal
Springs Upland 学校担任羽毛球教练。
被告Adrian Pan暂准保释候审，他首次提堂日期将会为6月25日。

知道 USAMO 入围名单怎么查的人吱一声，把2012-2015年度的佛州学生列出来，一对比
就更清楚了。
查无此人的话，呵呵，可有一典故：烽火戏诸侯
