1012）的目的是提高对少数民族社区不同需求和要求的重视，特别是生活在亚利桑那州
的亚裔美国人不同阶层的独特健康要求。众所周知，“亚裔美国人”通常是一个笼统词
汇，它涵盖了50多个民族背景和100多种不同语言的庞大社区。
按目前所做的包括所有亚裔美国人和太平洋岛民的健康数据分组，隐藏了子群体之间的
真正差异。例如，糖尿病的发生率就有着很大差异。当所有数据合并时，它隐藏了菲律
宾、印度和萨摩亚社区的糖尿病高发率。如果社区和他们的健康医疗提供者不了解这些
