其中，Iowa党组织代表3票：Iowa共和党主席，男党代表，女党代表
然后呢，Iowa有4个众议员，每个众议员对应一个选区，每个选区这次算3个delegate，
这样一共12票
不隶属任何选区的，还有15票。全国每个州都是起码10张票。如果以前州内GOP选举搞
得好，选了不少GOP的人上去，就有bonus。iowa这次bonus有5张票。

quarter有P&D两种版本，因为是费城（philadelphia）和丹佛（denver）两个不同铸币
厂生产的。在人头像那面右下方，in god we trust 下面有个符号可以看到是P 或者是
D。镀金和纯银币由San Francisco铸币厂生产，标有S， 出产很少，仅供收藏。
