和writing sample, 我把平时作业和project里比较长的挑了发过去了，在没有任何相
关工作经验的情况下证明了我会干这个事儿，就被录取了。工作中一般也没有特别敏感
的不能share的吧，除非是涉及到有专利权的model selection
我觉得发现成的挺好的啊，如果他出了题再做再发,那不是又得多花时间吗. |

如non-response，需要理解的比较透彻。Imputation也需要能扯上见解。
Fresh PhD，做的不是这个方向，但是上过课（比如Sampling: desgin and Analysis,
Author Sharon Lohr或者类似)或者做过类似project，另外基本功扎实（regression，
design of experient)，最好有实习经验，也行。
不是Fresh, 有这方面的丰富经验（最好也是Stats PhD），行。

I was excited when I saw this on TV, not only because it's a free sample,
but because I've been hoping a company would come out with something like
this. I love my little dishwasher packets, not having to mess with the
liquid itself is worth a little extra money imo. Happy it's now available as
laundry detergent.
Anyway, give them a little info at the website and wait for the sample to
