中薯条妈记录的【薯条的午餐盒】给了我很多带饭的idea。真的很感谢薯条妈的分享和
记录。。。
这也是为啥我也打算记录一下我家孩子的午餐，希望能和大家一起交流。
我娃Samuel，男， 3岁4个月，食量算好的。但是我牢记薯条妈说的，给孩子带饭宁少
勿多。刚开学两天，先记录一下这两天的饭盒，都是很简单的。
pre K 第一天：三文治+一个苹果+一个cheese 条。三文治里夹了2片生菜叶，1片swiss
乳酪，5片ham肉。苹果切片担心氧化，挤了些柠檬汁拌了一下，就是苹果变得有些酸
。snack带的是芝麻小饼。
preK 第二天：蒸紫薯（切片方便孩子吃）+蒜蓉四季豆+烤三文鱼+一根cheese条+半个
大白桃。烤三文鱼很简单，两面抹少量盐和胡椒粉，375F烤8分钟（时间根据三文鱼厚
度决定) 。snack带的是全麦圈+自己做的牛奶小饼干。 |

平生第一次来到这块神奇而陌生的土地，一切都那么新鲜，尤其有感于当地人的热情友好。虽是相逢陌生，但每每老远就笑眯眯的招呼。只是开头往往会先问我是日本人、韩国人还是中国人。当得知我来自中国后，便总是不约而同的竖起大拇指说：“你好！My friend。”

Exam P/1 我用的是Actex出版的，也就是Samuel A.Broverman的那本，感觉很好，
notes解释详细，习题的难度和数量也比较合适。在actuary.com上examP/1版有Samuel
A.Broverman和Krzys' Ostaszewski的weekly problems,个人还是比较喜欢Samuel A.
Broverman的，虽然不是选择题的形式，但是难度适宜，用作补充练习挺好的。
Exam FM/2 我用的也是Actex的，但是强烈不推荐。因为notes太简单，习题又太难，不
适合自学的人用。我考试的时候基本上放弃了这本manual,只是把参考书详细看了一遍
（Samuel A.Broverman）那本，做了SOA上的sample题+actuary.com上Samuel A.
Broverman的weekly problems，最后模拟考试就做了SOA上公布的2005年的两套题。
Exam MLC 我用的是ASM的，感觉notes比较简单，但是重点突出，而且有很多针对考点
的注释以及一些汇总 |

到了第14周，男孩的母亲因为再度出现的流产迹象去医院检查，却得到了更加令人心碎的消息：这个胎儿患有一种胚胎神经闭合不足的疾病，生下来也是先天畸形儿。要保留孩子，大人也有生命危险。
换一句话说，就是这个孩子一出生就是畸形儿，而且当时如果不动手术可能对大人造成生命危险。
因此当时医生给出的方案就是：不建议留下胎儿。
“我对上帝很生气，几乎所有人都建议我放弃孩子，除了我的丈夫。”后来小男孩的妈妈Julie这样说。
在所有人都反对这个孩子来到世上的时候，他的爸爸和妈妈最终还是决定留下他。
