把每年15个SCHOLARSHIP的规定和总数65个SCHOLARSHIP的规定错开2年的时间，这就导
致队伍被迫瘸腿的时间被大大延长了。具体情况如下：
- 有4年的时间，PSU只能最多发出15个SCHOLARSHIP，这4年是12、13、14、15年
- 有4年的时间，PSU最多只能有65个SCHOLARSHIP PLAYERS在队伍里，这4年是14、15、
16、17年
这里面值得注意的是，65个名额的限制要到14年才开始生效。也就是理论上说，13年
PSU仍然可以正常的有85个SCHOLARSHIP PLAYER。所以，今年的RECRUIT完全可以把15个
SCHOLARSHIP发足，甚至把12年少发的3个都发掉。
但事实上，这是不可能的。因为14年队伍不能超过65个SCHOLARSHIP PLAYER，而从正常

仍然可以完成颇有竞争力的招生，彻底粉碎了一些“专家”的悲观预测。例如，某知名

权威，然而对维基解密和阿桑奇的法律制裁将会削弱这种论调，这名网友便问阿桑奇对
