Leadville100，完成29小时38分18秒。我们公司在Colorado的4个同事给他当了pacer特
别是50迈-100迈，还有两个同事给他当crew，从一个休息站开车到下一休息站，全程陪
同，没有睡觉，一到休息站负责扶他座下，立即帮他脱鞋，然后帮他往脚上涂防止打泡
的药膏，然后按摩麻木的双脚，看了他的blog很受感动，下面是link。

周四已经感觉体力上的落伍， 这10～11小时的苦战将是严峻的挑战, 觉得得注意保留
体力。 一早和MildSeven在 Manhattan 碰头直扑Bridgewater.
战 MildSeven。 和MildSeven热身时发现他正反手都不错， 特别是正手有一定的杀伤
力。 想想还有9～10小时要打， 决定尽量靠对手失误。 果然， 由于经验不足没把握
好机会， 送了我不少UE, 8-1拿下。
战 bee. 在热身时， bee 已经让我看到惊讶， 到不是他不失误， 是因为他的从容稳
定。 想想比赛开始可能就会不一样了， 也没特别留意， 想用同样对付MildSeven的方
法对付 bee. 谁知比赛时 bee 也非常稳健。 底线稳， 难以攻破， 如果给些弱点的球
， 他正手拉出角度， 反手削出小球， 让我难以应付。 觉定换上网来打乱他的节奏，
哪知他接发都拉出大斜线直接得分。 好像2-6时才意识到自己太托大， bee 已经不是
一般的4.0了。 他的composure 完全是4.5级别的。 加强攻击终于打出一个比较满意的
