shoulder/leg, turkey breast, or beef roast. Then just oven roast it
following any recipe. You may not get it perfect in the first a few times.
Keep trying.
The only difference between this and the commercial sandwich meat is: they

seperated by a weak core. The faceplates can be made of composites or metal
plate while the core can be metal foam, honeycomb or others. My PhD thesis is
about the energy absorption of a new sandwich panel. But this material is
mainly aimed to the auto industry, rather than naval research. As far as I
know, the fundings of ONR in this part are obtained by Harvard, Cambridge,
MIT, Virginia tech, and Princeton.
