症”的诊断结果出院。 Rosenhan 把他的实验结果写成一篇论文"On being sane in
insane places"，得出的结论就是：以现行精神病诊断标准，没有什么绝对的证据可以
证明一个人是健康人还是精神病人。
关于 Rosenhan 实验有一些有趣的细节：参与 Rosenhan 实验的8位实验者中有3位心

女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。
此文告诉我们在美国职场上，我们是怎样的弱者，同时也提醒我们不要有任何幻想，认
