个文章的作者现在很忙没时间帮忙，搞的老板焦头烂额的。
昨天我去老板办公室看见他桌面上的代码，随口问了一句。老板说这个文章里面一个关
键的定理没法用数据实验证实。另一个coauthor扔给他一堆屎一样的代码（原话，就是
“ugly as shit”），他查了一晚上才查出一个错，coauthor很不情愿的重跑了一下，
结果画出来图还是屎一样，老板很生气。他说哎对了你不是经常用这个语言吗能不能给
我看一下？我瞅了一眼代码，果然乱七八糟的。。。我说太难改了，但是给我一个小时
我可能能给你从头重写一遍。老板大喜过望。
结果我运气很好，一个小时真的重现了这个代码，所有sanity check都正常，跑出来的
图也很漂亮。老板又让我写了个简单界面，方便他画大量的图放到程序中，顺便大骂
coauthor是猪。
我现在心里痒痒的，不知道该不该跟老板要求加我一个coauthor呢。虽说我花了可能只
有几个小时的时间做这个东西，可是毕竟是一个比较关键的东西。以前老板论文里一个

rehearsal，他们会针对你的实际内容给出比较切合的建议。跟据我个人经历，我有以
下几点无关具体talk内容的建议。
1,时间安排上，不要花太多时间完善第一稿。而是要早早完成整个talk的内容，开始
rehearsal和听取建议。job talk跟technical talk很不一样，你会发现根据feedback
会有很多大的改动（尤其如果你做过的东西很不一样，而且你需要决定怎么把他们整合
起来）。所以要留给自己充足的时间来rehearsal+改slides。我自己的情况是整整花了
一周时间，分别给三个senior的老师rehearsal，每个人的feedback又得花一两天来改
。所以后来等slides定下来，基本没留什么practice的时间。我觉得ideal的plan是三
周，第一周搞定第一稿，有些slides可以粗糙一点，没有关系，第二周跟不同的人练习
并restructure slides，第三周slides内容基本定下，然后polish每个slide，确定每

I was seriously considering switch to a plastic cutting board for meat
cutting only.
no only because it should free of mold, but also dishwasher safe.
should be more sanity than wooden cutting board to process meat. |

人 status 如何
2. 喜欢做一些 wrap up 的“杂事”。比如在 deadline 之前负责release image,
sanity test这些。没什么难度，visibility 很高。最后的release email 都是从他那
里出来的
3. 开会之后写 meeting minutes.

和hiring manager电话聊得很好，项目背景很匹配。然后hm说本来要做一个小Project
然后再onsite，但是觉得我的背景可以不用做project了。于是直接给报销机票和酒店
让我onsite了。
onsite:
1. team的核心非manager人员(感觉要升成一个lead): 很简单的Fibonacci数列问题的
变体。A编码成1,B编码成2,Z编码成26。然后给一串数字问有多少种方法解码。比如32
只能解成CB, 26可以解成Z或者BF
2. team资深人员问，社交网络里，计算陌生人中共有朋友最多的一个人的办法。设计
存储，和计算流程。
