蛋白，实验室以有的透膜方法 （TRITON, ACETONE,SAPONIN) 都尝试了，但是无论用哪
种方法， 透膜后，CD44/CD24 所剩无几。 但是不透膜，又染不出HISTONE。
大虾们有什么好的PROTOCOL 吗？

measure cell permeability, such as Caco2 permeability assay, with additional
in silico simulation. Also, you can use digitonin or saponin to
permeabilize cells, then measure inhibition. Or you can measure
intracellular concentration of your candidates, if there are validated
quantification methods. |
