, Wholefood,or whatever organic stores around. If not, then buy it online. I
found it to be very helpful. When you use it, rub the soap till you get
rich lather and massage into the area where you feel itchy. Also, cool
shower is better than hot shower.
When you use Sarna lotion, pat some water on the itchy area and make sure

１. 止痒： use over-the-counter cream to control. 止痒是防止你抓烂了感染。

的包。但是你不发烧，喉咙部肿大就没有问题。
我刚才拿那个sarna lotion出来看了，没有说孕妇不能用。医生让我去买的时候也没有
问我有没有怀孕。应该OK.如果你不放心，可以在药店里头问问那里的药剂师。 |

发帖数: 128 | 11 MM会不会是PUPPP？症状象荨麻疹，但是原因不同于一般过敏。如果是PUPPP，据说不少人要生
了宝宝才会好。不过孕后期得的人多些，MM也许不会这么倒霉。
我是38周2天确诊得了PUPPP（pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of
pregnancy）妊娠瘙痒性荨麻疹性丘疹及斑块。原因是胎毒引起的。先发现大腿两侧和
肚子下起了一个个然后连成一片片的红疹，奇痒。然后除了脸不长以外全身都成片长红
。每8-12个小时反复一次。
我用Sarna Lotion或者grandpa's pine tar soap都不怎么控制得了，不得不吃医生开
的Prednisone和ZYRTEC，医生说孕后期对孩子没有什么影响。我忍着吃医生开药的一半
量吃，今天39周了，比前两天好多了，不过还得一天吃一次药。
我已经联系好39周4天催产。 |

还有个叫sarna lotion得东西，就像我们国内得花露水，擦了能让人好受一点，这个孩
子可以用。 |

发帖数: 176 | 14 It happened to me before. Around 20 weeks too, with baby boy. I had the same concern that how I could survived the rest of the pregnancy because it was really unbearable. But it actually went away for a while then came back at 39th week. It was ok for the last two three weeks before labor since it was not that long (well, compared to 20 something weeks, 2-3 weeks was nothing).

The dermatologist diagnosed it as PUPPP. It lasted for maybe 3 weeks.

针对rash或湿疹的，刚抹完可能好使点。趁机赶紧睡，不然痒劲儿上来就睡不着了。 |

sarna lotion,都没用，晚上还是睡睡醒醒，看来只好用药了。我是糖妈妈，据说糖妈
妈，容易皮肤痒的，再说我的皮肤本来就是属于干性，敏感型，不怀孕时也容易痒痒。
请问有妈妈们用过over the counter 的hydrocortison吗？网上有的说安全，有的说不
安全。哎，我才22周，离卸货还很久，苦啊。 |

【明报专讯】卑诗省从昨日起展开為期一个月的打击高危司机行动，包括派出乔装的警
员执法，甚至会扮作乞丐，针对超速、跟车太贴及不打灯转线等违例司机。警方指出平
均每年省内发生逾4万宗交通意外，期望新一波执法行动能够减低交通意外伤亡数字。
今次打击高危司机行动，由省府联同卑诗保险公司(ICBC)和各警区警方人员合作进行。
卑诗交通安全委员会主席格雷厄姆(Jamie Graham)称，卑诗保险资料显示，本省每年平
均发生逾4万宗交通意外，导致5.1万人受伤，18人死亡。
由于约有6成的交通意外发生在十字路口，平均每天约241宗，因此十字路口也将是此次
执法重点。
超速跟车太贴转线不打灯
格雷厄姆指出，大部分导致伤亡意外的原因，是司机涉及高危驾车，包括超速驾车、不
打指挥灯转线、跟车太贴、没有礼让、不理会交通灯号，甚至衝红灯和不适当超越车辆
等。
他说﹕「司机上车后需要集中精神驾驶汽车，不应与坐在车内的子女玩耍或是使用手提
电话。」
他强调，交通意外造成财物损失，也造成人命伤亡，警方不会容忍这样分心驾车的司机

antihistamine stronger than this and still safer to the fetus. Just make
sure to avoid any possible allergen intakes, and make sure you carry epipen
at all times in case anaphylaxis develops. Topically use some cream/lotion
such as sarna, calmoseptine and stuff whichever has menthol to sooth your
itchy skin. |
