婆婆也不是坏人，但是你们处不来（估计大部分媳妇都和她处不来），那也没办法。把

分居也许不是最终的结局，请先不要这么悲观吧。不是每个人都能够“马上买张机票让
父母回国”的。谁知道他会不会在这段时间反思然后做出正确的选择呢？
考察一下老公接下来的表现，如果表现良好，可以考虑回收；如果冥顽不化，那么再“
照程序走”也不迟。塞翁失马嘛，也许经过这一段分居他能够更加appreciate你也说不
定。

sass mm说的非常正确，她描述的就是我们中国传统文化中的一部分内容。我的经历和楼主的经历很象，看到她的帖子，我很惊讶，我那一对公婆的恶劣行径，在现在真的不是很少见的现象啊。真的很吃惊。不同的是，我的老公比她老公要懂事，所以我没有因此受委屈。

本人非CS专业，也不是统计专业，本科数学，PHD方向算是operations research吧，
simulation, optimization, 统计都搞一点，但是都不深入。算是个综合半吊子。
JD上面没有要求会C++， java算是preferred skill。 具体要求SQL, matlab, R, S-
plus等等。本人MATLAB和SASS算是用得比较熟，对SQL和R没用过，但是有信心很快学会。
请问有人面过他家的data scientist职位吗？或者知道这个这个职位的方向偏向于什么？

实习用PHP&mysql做web application,前端的HTML, CSS(SASS,SCSS), JS, jQuery,
Anjular.js, Backbone.js都是会用的，老板每个月只给1000块钱，四月份很幸运的抽
中了H1b，当然申请H1b所有的费用都需要我交给老板。十月份H1b生效需要实习转正，
但是感觉老板最多也就给我2000块工资，其它的部分都要我账户收到工资后还给他现金。
老板觉得给我办了H1b我就不好走人，所以拿着这个事情死命压榨我，明年女朋友过来
读书，真心觉得在加州2000刀会活不下去。现在临近十月，很担心签的合同会有卖身条
款或者违约金。
想问下各位大大，在美国的工作合同的违约金之类的卖身条款是有法律效力的么？比如
说合同三年并且违约金10W，那就是说明我三年内无论如何都走不了了么？
