moderate protein diet; walk everyday, lift heavy weights 3 times per week,

以前我总是对吃paleo的人号称每天吃1800到2000刷刷掉脂肪持怀疑态度，现在根据我
的N=1的实验结果，我信极了。我现在每天的热量比大概是10:20:70,carb:protein:fat
。protein是功能性的，不应该是主要的能量来源。high protein low fat diet太难吃
，不能持久。而且protein吃多了会有gluconeogenesis，会刺激insulin。

2 - high protein food is more satiating.
high protein > high carb > high fat
3 - high dairy (calcium) diet makes you absorb less fat.
4 - large serving size makes you eat more. remind yourself how much you've
eaten. keep a food diary! no BBQ or beffet! variety is tempting and makes
you eat more.
5 - soup stays in & stretches your stomach longer, hence makes you feel less
hungry. |

佛陀也没有说知道尊夫女回到了天国。
也就是说 一下中文这一段是（谁）硬性加进去的， 请问有什么解释吗？

人间的第二天，比丘们走进村子，发现那殿堂没人照管，坐垫没舖设，饮水也没有放好
。他们就问道：「尊夫女到哪里去了？」
「尊者们，你们还怎么能见到她？昨天你们各位大德饭毕离去之后，她在傍晚时分
就去世了。」
比丘们听了，那些尚未见道的，想到她的许多好处，忍不住涕泪滂沱。至于那些已
得漏尽的比丘们，也难免深受感动。
早餐之后，他们回到了寺内，就去问佛陀：「世尊，尊夫女旰食夕劳，广造善业，
只为她的丈夫祈求，如今她死了，请问，她在哪里再生？」
「在她丈夫之处再生，比丘们啊！」
「可是，世尊，她并没有在她丈夫那里啊！」
