最近想做refinance.2月份买的房子。lender 是Provident funding。通过 broker做的
。当时就问他什么时候允许作refinance，被告知6个月以后。5月份时再问其他broker
，好几个都说4个月以后可以做，并且说confirmed with lender。因此，开始shop
around，找到个较好的offer，但觉得不太信得过。因此在联系原来的broker，说大家
都说4个月以后可以做，你觉得怎么样？这家伙二话不说就给offer，并且愿意match那
个好的offer。有了当时买房时帮我贷款的经验，所以决定再选原来的broker.确实是个
好offer。fees也低，锁的时机也好，（5/1 arm, 6/1/2011, 2.75）今天的fees至少要
贵1000以上。
今天以前，事情都挺好的，今天才知道broker替我选了title company，上次是我自己
选的呀。而且这个title company 我联系过比我要选的贵了100以上，而且不愿意回答
