发帖数: 579 | 1 我们去了一家口碑很好的。说是一比三，可是有shift. 早上drop in 时一到二个阿姨
，每个宝宝一到就塞bouncer 或exersaucer。根本管不过来。所以早上我要是来不及喂
娃要等一小时才能吃。当然我应该喂了再送。后来就知道了。其他时间很准时，3到4小
时一次。
尿布二小时一换。没有错过。屎尿布一发现就换，不等二小时。
哄睡很难说，看娃。基本上不困得不行阿姨不哄。包起来bouncer 里摇一摇。吵醒了就
更不管了。吵是不用说了，一个宝宝吵完另一个吵。我娃根本没法睡困急了睡15分钟。
天气好她们会推出去溜。
病是逃不掉的。虽说玩具每天消毒。禁不起每个娃都咬，一个个play gym 和exec
saucer 上的玩具是不指定哪个娃的。病了不能送去，你也不舍得送的，一请一星期假
逃不掉的。
每星期有各种小活动，象读书之类的。6个月的娃也听。
基本就这样。 |

而且saucer还要放在让娃可以看到我的地方。
这个年龄的孩子我认为不大可能那么久一个人坐在那里玩的。 |

发帖数: 744 | 6 我家娃快一岁的时候我是把娃放在saucer里面，放在厨房门口，这样她就看着我做饭，
我一边做饭会一边跟她说话，比如削土豆，会把洗干净的土豆给她摸摸，告诉她这个是
土豆，削的时候就蹲在她面前削，说妈妈把土豆皮削了。。。打鸡蛋，洗菜等等都这样。
后来我家娃吃饭好了，喜欢吃finger food了，我就先给她喂一些泥，吃的七八成饱了
，给她些finger food，比如香蕉丁，草莓丁，她吃的时候我就炒菜，娃就坐厨房外边
的餐桌旁，所以她吃的时候能看见我，也不闹，我也能看见她。
再然后，她现在十三个月了，可以自己在围栏里面玩一会儿，只要确保围栏里面的玩具

了蛮厚的一摞。回头翻翻，挺有意思。
小东西刚去的时候不好好吃奶睡觉，很让老妈伤心了一阵子。不过到了快三周的时候终于
原形毕露，放弃了绝食，开始享受生活。肚皮娘说的三周，蛮有道理。
现在每天接了胖小，看看daily sheet是件很有乐趣的事儿。先瞧瞧吃了多少，嗯，每顿
五六oz，挺好。还吃了一罐胡罗卜？啊，衣服上有黄斑为证。睡觉？打了几个盹儿，有一
觉一个钟头。心里有了底儿，这一天过得不错。
然后瞧瞧“my day”：最爱看这一栏，老师们多多少少总要写两句，窥一斑而知全豹，从
中很可以猜想胖小一天的所作所为。最让爹妈安慰的当然是关于饮食起居：
“PX did very well with his solids today.” （这是在他前两周拒奶的时候，不容易
）
“PX let me hold him while feeding, and as he drifted off to sleep!” （惊叹号
是老师加的，这是在他刚放弃抵抗的头几天，看到这么一句真是美呀）

，扔"。
有时候他俩坐地上，老大拿个大狗，老二那个小狗，然后老大还非要老二拿着狗尾巴，
然后哈哈乐。有这么可乐吗。
从眼神里能看出二宝对老大很崇拜，老大要是逗一下他，能把他乐得。就喜欢往老大身
上扑，能听见老大说“No touch 屁股”。 赫赫 |

宝宝买saucer买walker呢，不就是在玩的同时鼓励他们锻炼呢吗？从小医生不也是让宝
宝们练tummy锻炼胳膊锻炼腹部的吗？我们家的从小没练，这不100天也做不了tummy，1
岁肚子都不能离地呢吗？貌似妈妈们都让小宝们锻炼呢啊，其实宝宝抬头迟早也是会的
啊，为啥大家还要做那个tummy呢，我妈就是这么说的。不会抬头的人没有把，就算有
那也是本身的健康问题，肯定不是小时候没练tummy引起的啊，为啥迟早都会的抬头就
要锻炼，但是迟早都会的走路就不用锻炼了呢？
不是针对你的回答哦，就是纳闷大家怎么这么抗拒给娃锻炼锻炼走路呢 |

晚上7点的小睡不该有.尽量拖着不让他睡,等他累极了,一觉睡到大天亮.
晚上临睡前加一顿米糊或稠一些能撑饱肚子的东西.这样他半夜就不会饿醒.
白天加大运动量,多散步或放在saucer里蹦. |

老汉观察，栀子花第一死因是淹死，大概是因为大家都听说栀子花喜湿吧。喜湿不是说
喜欢成天泡脚，而是空气湿度。看看栀子花长的好的江南、蜀中还有佛州，都是挥手能
捞出水的地方。所以室内种的话，花盆下面要有saucer，常蓄水改变微环境。浇水到不
用那么积极，一吋深处干了再浇。
肥料前面说的很好，按玫瑰、茶花就行。
冬天在室内过冬，要避风。不上肥，少浇水。 |

这个是美国饮食行业最出名的urbanspoon评出来的，应该比某个人评出来要公正些。
想想就知道，就算每顿在外边吃，单个人一年也最多吃5，600家饭店，这里面选出100
家，再加上个人的口味，见识限制，这个某人评的top100有多大含金量。

去喽，本屯最历史悠悠的是Flaying Saucer，地方挺烂的，可见城市发展的变迁，曾经
的好区没落了就是这副样子，不过pie还是香啊当天做的，木兰喜欢apple pie，肉桂咱
做菜用老美非做甜食我很不以为然，操没（？）cheesecake是我的最爱，以前七八块钱
一pie现在全涨到十二三四刀啦，如果赴老美趴这是个不错的选择，别老被问where
