我买了从芝加哥到Las Vegas的票 check out 显示打折之后100块 （原价400）
我朋友买了从纽约到las vegas的票 check out显示打折之后150块 （原价450）
奇怪的是 我的信用卡被hold了400，expedia帐户登陆后查到那个300块的refund，和
charge是分开issue的
但是 我朋友那个order 就是直接只charge了150在expedia网站上 信用卡也只被hold了
150
这什么情况？
我们都是下午5点在芝加哥地区买的deal 现在网上争议很大 我很疑惑 |

charge全部的钱。
既然网站有这个政策，就说明有风险，我胆小，没敢买。。。
