发帖数: 791 | 4 要有身份吧。上次查到一个SBA的支持startup的program，都需要是citizen的。当然
你混到身份后(sorry我不是牛人不是可以几个月搞定绿卡啊)，想在美国孵化就孵化
吧，但是人生有限，不是所有人都愿意这样走法的。
另一个愿意是，你愿意你的一生可以给你的original country做点事情呢还是最后
就满足自己一个舒适的生活就行了。其实很多考虑海归的人都会考虑前者的。
以上仅仅代表个人观点。

form, just two guys doing part time delivery. Owner need take the phone
order and do some pizzas. Net cash is 120k and asking for 250k. I don't have
any pizza experience and need a SBA loan to get that. Is this worth to hire
a manager to do that or just too much troubles? Welcome any suggestions.

2. Many corp. in fact do not have to pay you in credit card. (My
experiences showed that only small businesses who have tight finance
situation would insist paying you in credit card, which ring a singnal for
you. Small business means that business has less that 50 employees - US SBA
's definition of small business is even wider - less than 500 employees)

- From Investor if they's interesting your company with business plan;
- A new company with less than 2-3 years mostly like it will get secured
loan only;
- Over 2 years company can get loans from SBA loans.

RULE #1, 投资者的钱永远比银行贷款要贵, 不管在中国还是米国.
RULE #2, 能不拿投资就不要拿, 如果你的项目有positive cash flow, 不要去找投资.
RULE #3, 如果你一定要找投资, 投资者跟你接触的时候, 你一定要他们拿出过去的投
资记录, 如果是VC的话, 要搞清楚他们有多少fund under management. 最好好要问清
他们资金的 vintage year.
RULE #4, If you have an idea ONLY, you can forget VC, angel investor may be
your best bet.
RULE #5, 刚开始, 可以找些政府的钱, 象SBIR之类的. 也可以找SBA担保的银行贷款.
RULE #6, 怎么找VC? 最好有internal connection. 就说, 你认识一些VC人士, 由他们
推荐你. 你在VC网站上投项目, 或把项目寄给他们, 一般没用.

己的, 一般是不会投startup的.
在美国, 如果连SBIR或者SBA guarantee的银行贷款都拿不到的话, 这种资质的企业估
计找VC更没有可能.
创业不是拿别人的钱去试验, 呵呵. |

贷款。可以申请SBA loan。商业贷款对借款人的要求，首先你必须保证在经营这家
daycare的同时，有足够的收入能力来偿还贷款。要有详细的business plan，个人简历
